I rented the saloon in 2023 , everything went perfect . So I decided to rent it again in 2024 we left it the way it was prior to our party and when I asked the manager Chrystal to come make sure everything was clean so I could get my deposit back she didn't want to come.. and ended up keeping my money .I message her and she ignored my messages and everything

Amicable and good price, but don’t waste your time trying to leave the place spotless clean, they will find anything to keep the deposit. Here are some photos as to the reason why they kept our deposit. PLEASE REQUEST COPY OF CONTRACT AND MAKE SURE THEY SEND IT SAME DAY OF POSSIBLE, another issue was that per contact, we did not put the tables up. I never received a copy of the contract to read but I will follow up with Legal Shield to see what we can do to get a copy, I have requested the contract two times by text. Just keep in mind that you will not get the deposit back. Other than that, the place was good.

I attended a community development meeting here (re: subdivisions.) The facility was clean & certainly adequate for our needs. Convenient to the areas involved. Easy access.
