Amicable and good price, but don’t waste your time trying to leave the place spotless clean, they will find anything to keep the deposit. Here are some photos as to the reason why they kept our deposit. Pretty sweet place to throw parties and usually the Saturday AFTER the 2nd Tuesday they have dinners. 10 bucks all you can eat and is that great southern food. Also holds winter and spring TURKEY SHOOTS tha ate family friendly.
