I ordered two cheesecakes for a graduation party based on a personal recommendation. My only regret is I didn't try these earlier. These cakes and our interaction with Tahira were true highlights in a day full of highlights. We had the classic strawberry and the turtle / caramel with pecan topping. They were so good that pretty much everyone had two slices. Delicious, yes. But friendly, helpful, and communicative, too? What more could anyone ask for? Strongly recommend, and we will be ordering more.

Back home in Durham, NC, I’m checking out the Bimbe Festival and came across this cheesecake food truck on Instagram??? I call & catch them at this ‘Meet Up’ and there was a line. When I got to the window, they had like 12 flavors of Cheesecake??? The Banana Pudding is the absolute best tasting food I’ve ever experienced in my life, I secured 3 those. I bought 1 of everything else. The owners reminded me to share. I did, but after I put a fork in every last one of them. This Thanksgiving, I can’t wait to get my hands on the order I placed for the Pumpkin Macchiato Cheesecake with a super thick Graham Cracker Crust with these little baked chippies they put on top! The card says You’ve never had cheesecake until you’ve had My Favorite Cheesecake. You’d better believe it.
