Every-time I come to this location it’s always something. Today’s visit I ordered my food at drive thru. Pulled to the window and was given two cups of coffee but was told to pull and wait on my food. I simply asked cashier if I could get my coffee when my food was ready and cashier immediately got an attitude. And closed the window.

I have to say that I have encountered some of the kindest friendliest people in Durham in the past few days. I would like to recognitivea couple I encountered this morning. I was trying to find a place to eat breakfast and decided on Hardee’s since I had not eaten breakfast at one in a very long time. The Hardee’s at 2721 Chapel Hill Road had two of the most genuinely friendly people . Since I could not get my app to recognize their survey barcode in the store. Thanks Lisa and Angie for putting a smile on my face this morning and I hope some way their bosses see this so they can recognize what gems they have working for them.
The server Lisa was extremely friendly, made sure I was taken care of order wise, and did everything reasonably fast. Wish there were experiences like this at other food chains or restaurants etc.

Horrendous. The chicken tender tasted like fried fried fish.. and the fries were incredibly stale... And I didn't get the sauce I asked for even though the drive thru worker was nice .
