Every employee from manager to chef looks like I/we are an intrusion in there day. I got mean mugged by the chef. The food is going in the trash 🗑️ and I may never return. To all staff if this brings you misery guess what you deliver with the food!!!

I usually don't write reviews. But this one needs a review. I had a taste for a hamburger. I went to the Hardee's in Raleigh off of Creedmoor road and the hamburger cheeseburger was so GOOD! Fresh freshly made and everything.
So, I was in Durham and I decided to stop by the Hardee's off of Duke Street and order the same meal. I asked the guy very nicely that I want my burgers freshly made. He said yes they are fresh off the grill. I open my burger up and the meat was hard, so, I said let me go back in and have them to make the burgers one more time. The second time was a totally disappointment. I would not be going back to that Hardee's in Durham off of Duke Street no more. I work hard for my money and that was a waste of money.

If u want from anyone in durham come to this hardees it's sad and lonely oh the food isn't good they serve up cold French fries and cold beef patties just thrown anyway on that bun I been to some decent herders but this one is pitiful I will not go back there unless I am wanted

I, unfortunately, have seen Hardee’s go downhill for quite some time now. But today did it for me. I ordered two double cheese burgers. I can honestly say they were the worst burgers I ever had. Not only where they made from meat that had to be sitting for an hour, but they were the coldest ones I’ve had. I ate maybe half of the first one and threw the rest of it and the other one out. Good job people! And this isn’t the first time. This particular location has done this to me before. These burgers were nasty and I will not go back to any Hardee’s ever again. You lost a customer for life.
