Went in for lunch. Ordered a hot dog. Was met with nasty and horrible attitude. This is the second time at the same location with nasty attitude from the employee's. These employee's need training and discapline. She had the nerve to continue with her mouth as I walked out. Never will get my money. Horrible customer service!

Ordered a self pick up on door dash. Got to the store at 4:30. Order pick up was 4:25. Watched all the employees stay outside another ten minutes smoking. Came back and took an additional 20 minutes to make the food. And there weren’t even drive thru customers or dine in customers present. Terrible. Won’t ever be going back there again.

I ordered a to steak biscuits and a large hash brown this morning. My steak biscuits wasn't hot as if it was already made sitting in the window. I gave the steak back to her. She parked me and told me, she'll bring it out. My steak biscuits was awful. I couldn't even eat it. It was hard. It tastes like yesterday's food as if it was just put in the microwave instead of being made to order. I called the store to inform them of my order it's saying the number is not in service.

Got a bacon egg and cheese this morning. Egg was dried out, bacon was all shredded, cheese was a smear of goo, biscuit was stale, and it looked almost sat on. I can see why my family called it hardlees bcause i hardly see why ppl eat this stuff. Threw almost the whole combo away. Shoulda just made myself a pizza

Clean. Food was good. Servixe was excellent. Early in the morning right after work, I dont eat breakfast Hardees so i really appreciate the patience and recommendations. I have always enjoyed Hardee's on Duke St. Hardee's has the best breakfast but rarely eat there due to their sanitation rating. It hasn't been above a 93 in ages and its a shame. Management needs to get their act in order.
