11:45am today I saw a cook in the kitchen using his mobile phone with food safe gloves on. He then put down his phone, w/o changing gloves, picked up a hot dog bun. Continued making food with his unsanitary mobile phone gloves.

We were gonna go this day and they were repaving the parking lot. The next day, we wanted to order chicken, and the employee was like all the chicken is frozen. And wouldn’t cook it.

Came in this morning with my family everyone was super nice, helpful, food was great!!! Very amazing group of staff friendly talkative... great experience i never give 5 stars but feel today it was definitely worth the rating... Thank you all I'll definitely be coming back :)Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice and friendly to kids as well I'm impressed one of my best experiences at Hardee's ever :)

Need better trained counter staff especially in area of customer service. One of the employees parks his red car right at the front door almost every morning. Seems wrong and inconsiderate of customers.
After reading some of these reviews, I feel that my experience pretty much matches the experience of others. I walked in to receive my online order on 11/13/23 at 12pm and a guy was there and acknowledged my presence. A female then took over and prepared the order. I asked about condiments and she said with an attitude, “they didn’t ask for condiments” and didn’t bother to see about rectifying the request. Not to mention a drink with no straw included. I most likely won’t be visiting that establishment for a while because I understand employees typically don’t stay long. I don’t feel like she will be there for long.

Every now and again, restaurants drive through outside outside entry exits should be pressure washed required... Nasty is just nasty now. Put it in your mouth because the food is so delicious. Not not not a little louder for the people in the back..Over time there's always going to be a build up..spilled...poped Condemned packs...from regular ... everyday.. All day every week every month every year... businesses.Still still you feel... Not a need to pressure wash all of the.... All of the spills drinks sticky
