this was a pick up order . I spoke with Micah for two 7 piece bone in and one full thing of sweet potato fries. I precisely asked if they could be dropped fresh . i asked twice to ensure , micah said “ they are always fresh” . They are in fact the worst 2 day old tasting wings ever! i called him and made him aware , he apologized they weren’t to my liking and that i could bring them back. i was 20 minutes away . long story short. never again

Every time I go into heavenly Buffalo I have a heavenly experience. Sometimes I'm so high on wings that I'm not even sure what's real. One time I saw 2 girls dressed as sharks and another patron was having such a good time he fell out of his chair. Where else in Durham can you get a heavenly experience like that? The team led by sterling the amazing manager are always friendly and a joy to interact with. The sauces are straight up heavenly.

Checked in to a nearby hotel at around 9:30pm. I was going to just have some crackers but the concierge suggested Heavenly Bufflaoes so we tried it out. We weren't disappointed! Pretty darn good wings, fast service. But the best part was the customer service. Specifically a gentleman named Sterling. He was very nice, answered all of our questions, made small talk AND wished us a safe trip two days later when he saw us in the parking lot when we were waiting on Uber to airport. 10/10 would go again!

Been a customer of Heavenly Buffaloes since only the OG shack stood. They used to be great all around. Good wings and service. Last came for 2 pickup orders and 6pm pickups times were being handed out while ours: 545 pm and 550 pm still were not ready. Was sitting there until about 620, with a restaurant full of people who also had received texts that their orders were ready for pickup when in fact they were not. Don’t send the text that it’s ready, if it’s not ready yet. And service orders in the order they are received. Two super simple concepts. One single staff was trying to do everything too on the front end of restaurant. He was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. Food has become mediocre and overpriced too. No one appears to be managing this location at all anymore. Sad to see a once thriving food scene gem deteriorate.
Save your money! Do not eat here!! Overpriced, unappetizing wings, and terrible service! I’m not sure what happened to this place but am not coming here again. Our server, Sterling, was lazy and rude.

Extremely rude customer service by an individual who works here. His name is Sterling. Completely ignored me when I walked in and didn’t acknowledge my presence. When someone else finally was attentive, I mentioned that I’d been waiting and Sterling decided to “shoo” me with a hand motion. It was the most disrespectful service I’ve received in a long time. People who don’t have respect and decency shouldn’t work in customer service.
