Listen..this place (Durham location)has been around for years. I've been coming here since my daughter was like 5/6. She's 18 now. The food is always on point in taste and quantity (even after Covid) and the staff are friendly n cool. I don't eat there much anymore since moving from the area but I will stop there at times. The hibachi steak and chicken was very good. Large portion and the white sauce goes very well with the hibachi. The rice tasted fresh and they gave pretty good proportions of chicken and steak.

I wish I could recommend this eatery, but I cannot. While the restaurant staff is highly attentive and works quickly to fill orders, the food, itself, is not the best. The steak and chicken meats taste old and slightly strange. The veggies are the same. An abundant amount of rice is provided with the meals, however, the rice is cooked with very salty soy sauce, a major no-no for anyone with possible hypertension concerns. I would go elsewhere for fresher and healthier meal options.

Very well seasoned food. Protein options do not taste very fresh. This is masked by the sauces and things. The serving sizes are also quite modest. Despite these things, still the best hibachi I have had in Durham in many years. Very clean compared to the others.

The woman at the front desk knew who I was and what order I was waiting for. She set my food on the counter and said nothing. Shortly after, a nice gentleman asked me what I needed and gave me my food. I do not appreciate being disregarded and left to wait for my meal which was already done especially because it was slow at this time.

The portion of food was not worth the almost $30 dollars I spent. I have gone to other hibachi places and got my moneys worth . So disappointed, the customer service was good but the portions of food so not please. Will not be returning. A plate full of rice. And I order the chicken and shrimp and the chicken was so small like a 1 year size piece. So mad I waste my money!
