Remind you I come here alote one day I left my phone charger behind. I called the restaurant some young girl answered I ask her was my charger still there I hear her asking around, then she hangs up on me. I called back to ask her why she hang up on me she replied because they are busy. I am a customer too just on the phone..MONEY HUNGRY...I GET THERE SPOKE WITH THE SHORT GUY HE AND THE LADY BESIDE HIM STARTED MAKING EXCUSES FOR HER ..I TOLD HIM NO, SHE CLEARLY SAID SHE HUNG UP BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY..HE KEPT TRYING TO MAKE EXCUSES. I TOLD HIM BESIDES MAKING EXCUSE GIVE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS ON HOW TO TREAT HER CUSTOMER...MY LAST DAY IS TODAY I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! NOT GETTING MY MONEY AND BEING RUDE!!!! I DRIVE TO RALEIGH WERE THEY HAVE A VARIETY OF FOOD AND PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE I SPEND HERE, EVERRRR AGAIN...NOT A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AT ALL...

I went out to eat here yesterday as of Sunday 11/16 and since I’ve been back home as of last night I’ve been experiencing diarrhea and nausea plus headaches I went to the doctor this morning because I’m still throwing up and having diarrhea and they said that im experiencing food poisoning! Please DO NOT EAT HERE! They fry all their foods in the same grease and you can taste that it’s not clean cooking oil ! Also this was first time eating here and I honestly give it a 2 out of 10 ! I really regret eating here especially after experiencing the symptoms I have ! It’s a no go for me and my family! Oh and my fiancé is experiencing the same symptoms!

I went there for dinner and expected way more. When I got hibachi, the hibachi guy had very bad service. Not only did he mess up my food, making it burnt, he also had a very bad attitude and no English at all. He definingly impacted my experience negatively. Another thing is the food. It was just cold. Don't think I would go back anytime soon with the terrible food and service attitude.

It was very apparent that the food wasn't fresh. My family was disappointed. Not only that we looked at receipt and saw charge for extra meal. They did fix it once we brought it up to them

I went here for lunch with my child. Majority of the food was hard. I was handed a bill shortly after being seated. I left the bill on the edge table until I was finished eating. Once I glanced at the bill I noticed they were charging me a dinner fee rather than a lunch fee. When I asked about it they fixed the ticket. Once they ran my credit card and brought it back to the table the waiter then asked me to sign the receipt. I signed my signature and handed her the pen/paper and was about to reach into my purse and get a CASH TIP but as soon as I could even get into my purse she slammed the receipt onto the table and said tip is not included write in a tip. I then said excuse me? She repeated herself and told me the tip was not included and I needed to pay 15% of the bill or leave a $15 tip. I then informed her a tip is not mandatory nor will she be getting one at that point and she rolled her eyes balled up her face and walked away talking in another language so I couldn’t understand her and we got up and left. Please save yourself a trip and go to another buffet. I don’t even write reviews but I had to for this place.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and I check reviews but I also like to check for myself and boy that was 50 bucks I could have saved. The food was old and cold hard didn’t see one thing get changed over. Then I looked at the napkin dispenser to see if you waste food you’ll be charged 5.99 per pound waisted. We had to fill up on the canned fruit because it was the only thing we could stomach. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dogs.

It was very dirty and I ate very little. The crab rangoon was hard but okay. The dumplings were the best part but basically I ate a dinner of crab rangoon and dumplings. I told my friend not to go to the sushi bar but he didn’t listen and got food poisoning. Thirty dollars for mediocre crab rangoon, dumplings, and food poisoning. We agreed to never go back.
