Out of all the hibachi restaurants I go to this one is by far the best no doubt. The egg fried rice was perfect, the chicken was nicely sauced and the steak was very juicy. They give tons of rice and noodles. I would love it they opened again especially since I travel 11 miles just for this place. There are a few closer ones to my place but Hibachi X is one of the best hibachi places I’ve been to and that’s comparing it up with Kabuki and Kanki.

Seriously Really good Hibachi- there’s several fast food options for hibachi & many don’t give enough of rice and definitely don’t give enough chicken, but HibachiX does both & has great flavor, customer service & really good food! I love the noodles they give too. And really quick service!

Pretty good food for the price and the portions are huge. Ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp combo. Went a little light on the shrimp though. Chicken was excellent but the steak could have been a little better. Knocked it down from 5 stars to 4 stars because the floor was a little sticky. I will be going back again.

Placed an order for chicken and shrimp. Picked up food for back to work and it was chicken and steak. Called to let them know and they just told me to hold on and never came back to the phone.

I just ordered through Uber Eats! The restaurant for no reason CANCELED the order. I have been billed and request a refund. I called and the telephone just rings. I am not happy!!!

I am thoroughly disgusted by this place. I've given it multiple chances and even though the food is admittedly delicious, they are extremely slow. I have ordered online several times only to be told that I must wait for my order to be cooked when I get there. This last time I waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes even though I had placed my online order 15 minutes before even getting there. This restaurant is also extremely lax on covid guidelines. most of the other patrons at this restaurant walk in without masks and the proprietors say nothing as they able about the restaurant putting the rest of us in danger. For example, people walk up to the counter both to order and get their orders without wearing masks. Overall the customer service is extremely extremely low quality and the wait times are unacceptable. I would not recommend this for anybody and will not be going back.

I came here on referral from a friend. I decided to stop in and try a few of the items. I got the hibachi steak and my wife got the chicken and shrimp combo. Both were delicious and we had enough left over to take home for another meal. Got the spring rolls as a side item and they were fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend this place or both eat in and take out.
