Fried 🍗 is great, Bar-B-Q was cooked well not as spicy as Cookout, but nothing a little hot sauce can't fix. Would've gave 5 🌟 if the Mac&Cheese was homemade.👍🏾😎

Our catering service was outstanding and the food was delicious. The food was well packed, delivered on time and with a smile. I would recommend ordering a large catering for a big event with these guys for sure!

The pork BBQ tasted like it was boiled in water. No flavor at all. Luckily, the sauce was good, but I had to drown the q to get it to taste like anything. They threw in a couple of hush puppies that were excellent. The floor wand door, windows, etc, were filthy, and every step taken in there, by every person in there, made that horrible sound of your shoes sticking to the floor. You would think they would notice ... Made me sad, as this was a great place years ago.

went here for the first time and I had no idea what to get. Menu was a little confusing inside. Young man at the counter was respectful and patient. I ended up with chicken, okra and yams. Food was excellent. I would come back here
I’m very disappointed with this place. I’m sitting in the Restaurant as we speak and I spoke with the young lady in the front to tell her that the macaroni and cheese is disappointing. It’s undercooked their potato salad has no taste and Fried chicken is Very crunchy on the outside, but very pink and inside and I’ll never come back so this was my first time here I don’t Recommend .

When I came in I was greeted by a very nice young lady who took the time to answer all my questions about what to try. I opted to go with the Catfish dinner with fried okra, fries, and a slice of Key Lime Cake. The cake was amazing and hit the spot however what I thought was catfish was not I can only assume it was Cod as that was also on the menu. I was not pleased by that but I will still give them another try because the menu looked great.

Why is it a business puts someone on the phone/window/front counter to take 3 orders and have to have it repeated three times & still get it wrong? Once I felt she had it, the orders were picked up and delivered via a friend. Not only did the two meal orders go into one bag (I asked specifically as the last two orders were separate and going to two different homes.) they were placed in one bag with the BBQ sandwich and two granny potatoes in the other bag. ***No BBQ sauce for the BBQ, two granny potatoes swimming in grease with no seasoning, no order of coleslaw as requested. What happened to folks caring and checking To-Go orders? If the folks who failed to complete their work had to deliver to their customers messed-up orders were messed up on their dime, would they be more careful? I hope the MGMT will wake up or show up here because they do have some of the best, old style, chopped BBQ on the NW side of town. Other things that could use improvement include getting rid of the styrofoam containers that the hot okra melts & stop automatically wasting 'plasticware' with take home orders. I tried to call after receiving the orders and apparently the phone was taken off of the hook.

Wife picked up barbeque dinner there to go. For the second time in week there were no hushpuppies or sauce put in the bag. Called to let them know. No apology offered. Was told there was no manager or shift runner there. Won't be going back
