Wife picked up barbeque dinner there to go. For the second time in week there were no hushpuppies or sauce put in the bag. Called to let them know. No apology offered. Was told there was no manager or shift runner there. Won't be going back

I would never go here again or recommend this place. I tried three different table, all sticky where you put your arms(near elbows). One customer went back into the kitchen and gave an employee a hug. One employee WM high 20s to mid 30 has hair down to his shoulder blades, he should be wearing a hair-net. The sanitation score is 96.5, it should be flipped around and be 56.9.

I absolutely love this place. I’m not sure what I like more the food or the people because they’re both just wonderful. The chicken and pastry is probably the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. It’s not a fancy place, but I come for the food when I come here not the ambience. Good food, kind staff, great price. What more can you ask for?

Probably the WORST BBQ sandwich and customer service I've ever had bar none. It was absolutely dry, barely warm, and the service was horrible.
They all looked like they could have cared less about catering to the customer. I ordered cole slaw on it, wasn't there and they refused to put it on the sandwich because the mediocre person who toke the order didn't even put it on the ticket...
Then I heard her say she could care if they put the slaw on there or not.
Stay away... if you're seeking quality food and superior customer service. They failed me today.

This was a first time experience and I am sad to say that I will not be back. The chicken was not fresh and while eating my food I see a bug in my Mac and cheese so I wouldn't recommend pictures included

The chicken is good but that's about it. Serving portions have gone down and the dinners are not worth the price. BBQ is on the salty side. I threw away my cole slaw ;had way too much mayo in it. It will be a while before I return.

Service has been great on my visits here however the food is subpar. Mostly straight out of the can style food that’s been warmed over. The price is not equal to the quality. I’d recommend Bullocks or Q Shack if you want better quality food.

They are quite deceiving in their special menu post. Catfish or flounder WITH popcorn shrimp implies that shrimp comes with the meal, not that you pay extra for the shrimp.
If you're paying extra for the shrimp it should read: "Catfish or Flounder WITH popcorn shrimp for an additional price."
