The food was mediocre at best, the meatballs had zero flavor and they forgot about half of our order and it took extra time to get our complete order

One of the few places in the Triangle where you can get pizza by the slice. This is very close to standard New York style that you can get in Manhattan, and its quality is pretty close to the real deal with chewy crust with the crisp “undercarriage” that is synonymous with a NY style pizza.

Excellent food and customer service! ?
Fist time to dine here today and I must say that the pizza here is comparable to NYC pizza❤️ The owner/server are kind, friendly and accommodating, always checking if everything is ok. I would definitely come back here for dine in and pickup. I was surprised to see the dining area is spacious and cozy and the pizza is not your mainstream cardboard pizza. Truly a gem in this area. Thank you and I love NY pizza!

1st time ordering, Better than fast food. 1/2 lb burger and fries large order, had to take home. Wife got the Sliced chicken Stromboli and dessert. 2 people could have eaten that stuffed Stromboli. Great service. Definitely will be back.

It's hard to do pizza wrong but it's even harder to do pizza as right as this place. I'm a "by the slice" customer and any time they don't have my favorite, they will make it for me. My loyalty is difficult to earn, but I've been going to this store for at least 10 years and since I moved closer, I go almost every Saturday! I love NY Pizza is an absolute "go to" location for consistent quality and service from Wilmington to Durham to Chapel Hill. If you want satisfaction, come join us here!

Being from the Northeast originally until 19 years ago, my Mom and I have to say that it's some of the best pizza in North Carolina! I worked in this shopping mall until almost 10 years ago and had been here several times. Within the past couple years off and on, I've been getting pizza here again and my Mom works right up the road and thinks she'll be getting pizza here on her way home from work. My best friend and I have been here before, but came again last night and our server "Ali" was so kind and cordial to all of us this weekend and gave great service. I hope he's our server in the future.
