Service was fine but quality value and amount were all lacking. Overpriced, freezer burnt Hershey’s ice cream. Would not recommend the ice cream here.

This ice cream is very good! Affordable and delicious! It’s a perfect place to run out for an ice cream in your PJs or sweats since they have a drive thru! We usually sit in the parking lot and enjoy the ice cream and watch traffic on Guess Rd…

The ice cream is pleasant, the service left a bit to be desired. We visited via the drive-thru and ordered two cups with both having 2 scoops of butter pecan ice cream including a cookies and cream shake. Once we arrived home, ate dinner then decided to eat our ice cream we realized after opening the cups we both had a full scoop of ice cream and what seems to be a kiddie scoop on top. We were offered more if we brought the scoops back; granted I can only blame myself, for not checking the cups prior to leaving.Check your order well before passing thru.

Was desperately craving a milkshake and couldn’t fight through another Cookout “shake”, which are too much work. I also didn’t feel like going to another chain, so we saw that Ice Cream World was just down the street from us.We got 2 shakes, vanilla and mint chocolate chip. They were seriously perfect. An actual drinkable consistency! Imagine that! The little interaction we had with the staff (drive thru) was polite.Will absolutely be going back next time I’m craving!

Rude manager!The one star is for some of the staff who are nice and hard working. Otherwise, the manager there is VERY RUDE!!!I made a special request for my ice cream scoop to have two flavors (something I always do anywhere and one time in this place). The manager interfered and he said: 'No! This is not possible! You want two flavors you take two scoops. This cannot be done! '. I explained to him that I have been always doing that including once in this very place. Then he said: 'No way! I have been here for 20 years! This is not possible. 'His behavior was very RUDE, CONDESCENDING and let alone UNPORFESSIONAL. If he had simply said, 'sorry but I am afraid we cannot do that.' It would have been honestly fine. But his attitude was unacceptable. I am never going to this place again! And honestly this person could use a few lessons in human-to-human interaction, let alone customer service.

Stopped by here to grab some ice cream, as I love trying out new places around town. There were three workers there and only one customer. I waited for 15 minutes to get ice cream. However no one ever helped me, so I left.
