Slow from the moment we walked in the door and the restaurant was half empty. No host plenty of staff walking around looking lost.

We have come here before. It used to be popping with a line out the door. To be honest I thought it was closed for a while now because it's always so dead but I was craving IHOP so we came. I got a chicken fried steak and eggs. They were served with a plastic take out fork, no real silverware. The fork melted in the hot steak and cut my mouth and it bent as you tried to cut the food. We had to request silverware. Our waitress spent more time talking with the only other worker in the restaurant who we never saw (girl ...girl ...girl every 5 minutes so it must have been a juicy combo). It was so dead. We never were asked about refills after the first time when out food came out. We had to request the gravy for the steak because it was just a little dollap on the steak. My husband never got the salsa that was supposed to come with his omelette. The pancakes came on small side plates too small to hold more than the pancake so syrup went everywhere.

I don't know what the hell was going on. It was one cook and one waitress per side of the restaurant and the waitress walked everywhere scuffing her feet like she was wearing slippers at home. I dunno if it was a bunch of high schoolers or what but during a dinner rush there were 3 parties in the whole place. Just close it down already. The service was left a lot to be desired. How do you do bad service with less than 3 tables?

When we paid the girl walked by smelling like straight skunk and when I remarked about it to my husband on the way to our car he said there had been a blunt roach in the toilet in the bathroom.

We will not be returning and we will be sure to tell everyone why it's so dead here now.

1 waitress for half side of customers. She was friendly, polite but overworked which not fair to her! I ordered salmon with m. potatoes & vegetables. 25 min lunch came out with no m.potatos. It took another 25 min.for m potatoes of which I had to pak up to go. My friend was not happy abt. Situation. Then we had to wait 15 min.at front to pay bill. No one else around to help waitress. She was great as could be & I still tipped her since not her fault. My friend did not. We probably won't be back since last time there 1 yr ago it was much of same. Very disappointing.

This place isn't worth the wait. Food is average at best and the staff seems like they wish they were somewhere else. 🤔

Its dark in there, even when the sun is shining. I just get a negative feeling in the air when you walk in. It takes forever to get a seat (even when there dead). If your having takeout, your pushed aside and they take dine in customer's 1st. There food is, we'll, IHop food lol Staff most of the time seems miserable. NOT ALL OF STAFF. Sorry, buy thats just how I feel when I've eaten it or had take out or DoorDash.

I visited this IHOP three times with friends on Thanksgiving Day (2022, 2024 and 2025), and one other time by myself in May 2023. In each visit, I ordered the same thing: quick 2-egg breakfast, with eggs scrambled, 2 sausage links and wheat toast. I had a different server every time and have not been disappointed. Food and service was consistently good. Price was reasonable. This IHOP is suitable for solo or group party. Parking (free) was plentiful when I was there (between 8am to 11am). I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal - especially the quick 2-egg breakfast - at a reasonable price.

From the moment we walked into the door,it was an experience that set the right expectations to come. Erin, our server, did not miss. She was courteous and professional. The food was better than we anticipated and the chef provided a meal to remember. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean. Thank you to the team at North Pointe!

Lunch time and no one at the door to greet and seat. Place was not to busy at all and one employee actually sat down for a break this was lunchtime at 12:30pm on a Wednesday.

Racist towards white people. I was with my 13 year old daughter waiting to be seated while we were ignored and several groups of people of color were taken ahead of us and we were clearly ignored. It was quite obvious and quite intentional. I will absolutely never go back again for any reason or circumstance.

I’ve come here three times and each time was a complete disappointment. I am gluten free and I always look forward to IHOP’s gluten free pancakes. Every time I order, they always claim they ran out of batter but the manager texted me, after filing a complaint, and said the staff is just lazy and they always have gluten free batter.

The walls are always super dirty, the silverware is stained, and the staff takes too long to seat you and even take your order. I will say the food is very good but the atmosphere and service, especially the laziness of the staff, doesn’t make up for it. I will never, ever, come back to this location and would rather go somewhere I can get my moneys worth.
