They will ignore you for a half hour. The workers are all standing around and talking and laughing and completely ignored me after several waves and glances. I will not be back no matter how good their breakfast is. It’s unprofessional and rude, I don’t want to wait all day for my food.

After sitting at my table for five minutes. About six roaches crawled out on the table. I should have known when I saw the 90 posted for the Sanitation grade. Glad I was able to leave before my food came out. There is no telling how many roaches are in the kitchen. It’s obvious they have day crawlers.

Very bad customer service, staff rude, placed order online got to store to pick up the food they stated the fryers were not working which meant my order couldn’t get placed. Did they let me know ahead of time ? No! And stated I had to wait until the next day to get a refund. Totally unacceptable. Roaches on my the walls.

If I could give zero I would !!! They basically stole our money and will not refund it for an Uber Eats order yet they recieve the money for it not Uber Eats ? We did not get what we ordered at all !!! The guy i spoke to says he was aware that they were stealing money like this !!! Buyers beware they will scam you !!!

I went to celebrate my birthday and the server was rude while I was on the phone she started talking and asking about the order. I asked for 2 milkshakes and she totally forgot about the straws and when she brought the food and was ready to gives us the bill we were still waiting for the dessert. A total mess. Worst breakfast ever

DO NOT EAT FROM NORTH POINTE LOCATION!! AS A MOM IF TWO SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN I ANTICIPATE NICE QUIET EVENINGS WHEN IM ABLE TO DO SOMETHING RELAXING WITH MY FAMILY. I DO NOT LIKE SPENDING MONEY FOR OUTSIDE FOOD AND IT NOT BE FRESH AND PROPERLY PREPARED. UPSET ISNT THE WORD I WAS FURIOUS. THIS IS THE 2ND INCIDENT AT THIS LOCATION WHICH TELLS ME ITS TIME WE PART WAYS.

Took my daughter here as she had never been to an IHOP. The waitress was very kind and attentive to her and needs. She had the kid's meal and it had chocolate so you know she was happy. I had the breakfast tacos. Very good, just needed seasoning on my eggs. Overall, I would come back here again if I was in the area.
Dietary restrictions: Will provide turkey instead of pork.
Well I don't want to offend but I think they should have more attention to the diners for 1. You wait to be taken to your table 2. You wait longer for someone to serve you 3. On the table there was a jug where the coffee is served we observed that it was dirty, at first I thought it was just a sample, etc. after we ordered coffee to drink they took it and brought the coffee in it, Up to that point everything was fine the bad thing was that it was dirty as if they had not washed it. From then on everything was good, the food

I wish i could leave no stars. Ihop is not what it used to be. Service was terrible not to mention the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Food was warm almost cold when it was brought out and waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Food was overly oily, pancakes were soggy, an uncooked piece of chicken for the chicken and waffles. Food inside my daughter’s drink! It was terrible and just left as soon as the food was on the table. Everything was ridiculous
