I recently visited Insomnia Cookies, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dessert shop. Right off the bat, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, with little knowledge about their own menu. When my friend tried to place her order, the man at the front counter abruptly cut her off, saying he was “doing something” and didn’t even let her finish telling him what she wanted. It was incredibly disrespectful. Then, when it was my turn, the lady taking my order seemed completely clueless. I ordered a specific brownie, but she gave me the wrong one without even double-checking. As we waited for everyone to finish ordering, the same rude employee from before came up to us and demanded we leave, saying we couldn’t stay there if we weren’t actively ordering anything. The entire vibe of the place was horrible, and with such rude staff, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The african american female with dreads has the most pessimistic attitude, she seems to be the only one here but she could atleast have a smile on her face. She doesn’t even speak loud enough and she is slumped over the counter taking orders.

The establishment offers delicious, freshly baked cookies. However, the lack of indoor seating can be inconvenient, and the occasional understaffing may lead to longer wait times.
Vegetarian options: I mean they use eggs

Parking: You will have to park near the hotel or go to the next street over and walk in
Kid-friendliness: Yes but theres nothing your kid can do
Ordered online food never showed up, I called the company and spoke with a young man gave him my number to let him know when you get here call. Service need to be improved greatly

I just got cookies & a pint of ice cream delivered from here. I literally never gush about places, but this was my first time ever ordering from Insomnia Cookies and EVERYTHING is incredibly delicious. I got a 6-pack of cookies & a pint of the peanut butter insomniac tracks… the pint will not last the night, I promise. These cookies & this ice cream are so good! My first time ever and I’m blown away, wow. Insomnia Cookies definitely lives up to the hype. Thanks y’all!

Orders a cookie cake and they gave me a big cookie with no icing nothing. On the website when you order it quite literally says message applied with icing. Wouldn’t seem like a big deal but I paid $20 for this cookie cake. If I could take it back I would but I live 45 minutes from this location. DO NOT COME HERE.

Everything is great unless you just want to order regular chocolate chip cookies for delivery. They only have double chocolate chunk... Unless you want gluten free or vegan... it's so inclusive, it's exclusive. Very disappointed.
