If you are ever in the Durham area and in need of some of the best soul food, you have got to try JCs. Not only is the food amazing but the atmosphere is truly remarkable. God has hand on this place and it shows in the food and awesome hospitality. Chitterlings, Pig feet, turkey neck bones, and oxtails ??? you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
Classic kitchen and a must have in Durham. The real Durham. The part that the new buildings and construction dust can't cover up. Here in Durham North Carolina for the last 30+years. One supporter has been coming here since she was 10. Who else is here God is here. Bible verses everywhere. This is a favorite stop on every credible tour.The oxtails are amazing. I found my grandmother's house. The cooking is like home. All is right with the world. Thank you.
