Sent one of my employees to pick up an online order made for my entire staff due to the heat… my employee calls to say order was cancelled because anything over 10 smoothies has to be called in 24Hrs ahead??? I work at a restaurant as well so I don’t understand how an order for 13 smoothies seems like a lot :/

It was amazing. The worker on Valentine's Day was so friendly, wrote it on my cup and gave me what was left in the blender. No other Jamba has done that for me before.

The manager, Ms. Nikki, has made Jamba an even more enjoyable place to get smoothies since the store is under new ownership.
She always greets me by my name and remembers my order. She hires staff who are kind-hearted, people-oriented, and good at interacting with customers.
I trust the cleanliness of this location much more than I did before.
Backstory. I came to Durham from LA 17 years ago. In LA, I lived at Jamba. I was ecstatic when they opened one on 9th St. The service, cleanliness, and food quality were often more miss than hit, but I kept supporting because I love the smoothies.
There were a few folks who were consistently wonderful, including Jupiter. But they were poorly compensated and often under-resourced so they left for a better gig.
I'm really glad Ms. Nikki turned this place around. Getting a smoothie should be a joyful, stress-free experience.

Worse service I ever had and I was rushed! Only for them to make me the worse smoothie I ever had!!!
Despite signs on the door starting they open at 8, the doors were locked and no one was there at 8:50 this morning. I wish businesses would update their websites and the signage directly on the door when their hours change. Very frustrating to stop by only to find it’s closed when it should be open.

Not only is the service bad, the music is so loud you can't hear anything else but blaring beats. It is unbearable to stand inside that shop. Will never come here again.

Recently started drinking smoothies and juices!! Jamba is good! Adding to that, the staff is exceptional. I will always go here when I get a chance. It's also more than convenient to order online. Thank you Jamba for given me a different outlook on healthy food choices.
