Do not get delivery from here! Even if you use the Jersey Mike's app, they contract out to DoorDash, and then when your driver steals your food they'll tell you to contact DoorDash even though they set it up. They won't help at all, and you won't get your money back. Literally do not get delivery from here!

Recently relocated to the area, ordered from the 3600 N Duke
Street location 5/13 in Durham. Driver left my food outside. The order was not correct. I immediately called the manager. This was the worst most rude ignorant upper management customer service I’ve ever experienced. After coming to the location Hadie baneeas. Melina perry were my contacts that refuse to service me. I will definitely contact the CEO corporate office. After such an experience I wanted to know if it was just a horrible misunderstanding. After visiting the location reviews, this seems to be normal behavior for this location. These are not the personalities that I would want to represent my business. They definitely need conflict resolution and workplace etiquette training. She definitely lack leadership skills.

Hands down, the best sub I’ve had in a long time! I stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Durham and ordered the classic Italian sub, and I’m still thinking about it. The meats were sliced fresh right in front of me, piled high, and perfectly balanced with crisp veggies and that signature zing from the red wine vinegar and olive oil blend. The bread was soft yet sturdy, with just the right chew—clearly baked fresh.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their craft. Everything about the experience—from the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious sandwich—was top-notch. Whether you’re a sub connoisseur or just hungry for something truly satisfying, Jersey Mike’s in Durham is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Every time it's a bad experience but yet I keep trying. The lady who made the sandwich seemed very upset she was doing so, was rude to her coworkers asking questions, then shoved the sandwich in the bag & threw the rest of the stuff in. She rung me up at 8:14 on Friday. She should not be interacting with people.
First, let me say I eat at Jersey Mike’s every day. Usually Watkins Rd location, but some others depending on what area I’m in. THIS IS THE SLOWEST store I’ve ever been in. 6 people working, 2 people in line. 20 minutes to get a sandwich. AND ITS RIDICULOUSLY DUMB THAT A SANDWICH SHOP DOESN’T CARRY YELLOW MUSTARD!!! All other Jersey’s Mike’s store have yellow mustard on the line. I’d love to talk with whoever made that decision in order to understand the logic behind it. They could close this store. Nobody would miss it.

Website auto located to this store when I placed my order online from my phone. Requested a refund, but the manager never refunded the food order that was misplaced and that I canceled after calling the store.

On a scale of 1-10 in terms of how fast subs are made; this store is a 2. Slow service, employees don’t seem to know how to work the register. Frustrating especially when you have been waiting for a mobile order for well over 15min.

Took 40 minutes for a hot sub. If it’s going to be an excessive wait for an order, the customer should be made aware prior to the order is paid for.
