This is my lunch spot when I'm at work! I get such a warm welcome when I call or come in. It's nice to be known by name. My favorite lunch is the #7 sub in a tub, Mikes way, no onions, extra pickles! Healthy and low carb. Deja and the staff are so friendly and quick. I definitely recommend this location!

Went to this facility and was threatened by a Chris, ( clearly an untrained worker) that he would call the police on me. To use the police as a weapon against an customer who needed their order fixed is unacceptable. The police is here to protect and serve, not to be bothered over a $10 sandwich that was made incorrectly that Chris did not want to correct/refund because he didn't have the training to know how to do the transaction. Completely disheartening. The place was filthy, the customer service was horrible and the other servers thought it was entertaining and funny. We live in a generation where disrespect is humorous. I sadly will not be returning and will be awaiting corporate to address this situation. Had the police come, i do not think the company would have been viewed well.Dietary restrictions: when you ask for exclusions on your sub, they do not hear it or they do not write it down, bc what you ask politely to not be on the sub will be on the sub

My wife and I work at staples next door. We have placed about 5 orders over the last few weeks. I think maybe 1 time the order was correct but the regular sandwiches we ordered weren't even 6"long. (We got a tape measure lol) so the one order that was correct was very small sandwiches with barely anything in them. This is literally the 3rd time in a row they have forgotten to toast the bread.... and then today even as regulars that get toasted sandwiches all the time... when we receive the wrong order again with un-toasted bread... the person proceeds to tell us they don't have a way to toast the bread and they don't make sandwiches like that?????? I don't know whats going on over there but I refuse to spend another dollar knowing that everytime we try to take a lunch break.... it will be spent running back over and swapping sandwiches or now even being told we can't order what we normally order which is a Philly cheese with toasted bread...... How can a sandwhich shop with grills, hot plates, warmers etc.... not be able to toast bread...come on we get it done there all the time...... The staff and people are polite as can be but that only helps so much. Just can't do this with jersey mikes anymore. Sorry

Well, as a longtime Jersey Mike's customer I was pretty disappointed in this store/order. I put in our order through Yelp's Grubhub linkage, which worked very well! All the orders but mine were just fine and came as ordered. I had used the app and customized my sub. Sadly, whomever took the order on their end flat out ignored it. I had, as always, ordered my sub without oregano and lettuce and clearly stated that allergies were the reason for exclusion. Also added mayo to it. My sub? Had oregano, lettuce and no mayo. Disappointed. And I think some folks need retraining. Allergies are never to be ignored.

The Management team and team members are always extremely accommodating. When inquired about services offered, the response was immediate and very accommodating. Jersey Mikes take care of their customers and the community. They go above and beyond to put a smile on your face! The staff is professional, kind, and outgoing. Everything was good but my portobello mushroom cheese steak didn't have a good proportion of mushrooms vs crunchy bell peppers (i.e. not sautéed long enough).
My husband and I visited the Jersey Mike's on Duke Street in Durham NC two weeks ago. After waiting in line and watching them prepare the subs with one thin layer of meat. Which for a regular size sub was 3 thin slices of meat to cover the bread. We left without ordering. I can't believe they have cut back that much on their subs and the price has gone up. That is ridiculous. We will not be back.

Last two times I've been to this location they have gotten my order wrong. I've ordered The Big Kahuna with no jalapeños. Both times they leave off not only the jalapeños but the peppers and onions and also the mushrooms. I go to this location when I'm at home. I order the exact same thing when I'm at work and go to the location on Hillsborough Rd and it's right every single time. It will be worth going 15 more minutes to get my order right. Will not be going back to the location on N. Duke street.
