On Sunday afternoon around 2:20pm ish I came in to get a free sub for my birthday, and The staff there was incredibly kind! Especially the assistant manager (whom I forgot the name of) but she was amazing! I will be back!!

This is the only Jersey Mike’s where I threw away part of my sandwich. The Manager is clearly cutting corners and the staff is dead behind the eyes. Whoever owns this location needs to clean house.

The servers have a nasty attitude. No hello, or welcome to Jersey Mikes . The female with all the tattoos has a baddddd attitude as well. If she is not happy, then she needs to move on. My time I came through was 10:59 am on 6/11/25. Overall, the wrap is not bad, but thinking of their attitude makes the meal nastyyy!!!!!!

Workers were rude. I walk in to order for the first time and there was a male and female worker standing there. I was not greeted they just looked at me. I proceeded to inform them of my order and still was not spoken to. The food was great but customer service is very poor. Highly would not recommended this location especially for first time visitors.

When I went there with my daughter I felt the atmosphere heavy. My daughter talked to me in Spanish and everybody was looking at her like if she had done something wrong. My daughter asked for extra ham since she doesn't like turkey and the cashier gave a nasty look. I think she was the manager but I'm not sure. She couldn't even say my daughter's name which is pretty common. And we left feeling heavy and disappointed and ruined our day and we were offended.

Closed at 7:10 on a Wednesday and supposed to be open to 9!! Stay away from this location. No sign on the door or anything
