Jersey Mike's Subs

They’re usually ok, definitely better than most chain sandwich shops but their quality has really decreased in the last few years. It varies from chain to chain and this franchise is definitely on the bad end. I ordered a large Big Kahuna cheesesteak this last time and they put in at least 3 handful of jalapeños AND forgot the cheese! I was very disappointed. Probably will be my last time at Jersey Mike’s.

Ordered two subs for pickup at 3:45 om 11-28-2025. Subs were ready on time. One order was correct, one was not. The incorrect order was for a #17, Mike's Famous Philly, with grilled onions, white bread, Philly beef only. Received conformation of the order. In other words, no peppers and no cheese. We received a #17 with cheese (not ordered), and beef, no onion (was ordered). The only thing they got right was no peppers and the type of bread.

Ordered a chicken philly sub, I got home to find a chicken sub with lettuce and tomato drowned in mayo. Not cool ..

I typically never leave reviews but this visit was upsetting - ordered online otw home from work and picked up in store. Once I got home opened up the sandwich and first noticed it was the wrong bread and I asked for extra cheese and meat and paid an extra $5!!

Me and my family went out to get subs.Today was just told by a gentleman that we had to spend $80.In order to break a $100 bit was only 3 of us.The sandwiches does not cost that much.I thought that was very manipulative that was very uncalled for and all of the workers in there don't even have hair knit, I don't know who the manager was, I just took my business elsewhere, I will never come back.

That particular Sub is total perfection on each bite take me while back when I was three years old as an orphan seating on the table during launch time have this amazing kitchen smell as my grandmother prepares the grilled chicken but with such a perfect grill as Jersey Mike have, each bite I had was a memory hidden comes back to life , my jaw chewing up and down! HYUMM! HYUMM!
Well done in such Italian way “PRIMO!”

Hey not sure who is running this location but I went in today and got a lovely number 8. A young man was sweeping the floor then proceeded to use the same gloves he had on to start making sandwiches. The young lady at the register was making sandwiches while handing money with gloves on. Training is needed.

The person at the counter seemed very much drunk. You couldn't even understand what he was saying, rolled his eyes several times at me and clearly did not want to do anything. Absolutely disgusting. Go eat someplace else!
