That particular Sub is total perfection on each bite take me while back when I was three years old as an orphan seating on the table during launch time have this amazing kitchen smell as my grandmother prepares the grilled chicken but with such a perfect grill as Jersey Mike have, each bite I had was a memory hidden comes back to life , my jaw chewing up and down! HYUMM! HYUMM!
Well done in such Italian way “PRIMO!”

Hey not sure who is running this location but I went in today and got a lovely number 8. A young man was sweeping the floor then proceeded to use the same gloves he had on to start making sandwiches. The young lady at the register was making sandwiches while handing money with gloves on. Training is needed.

The person at the counter seemed very much drunk. You couldn't even understand what he was saying, rolled his eyes several times at me and clearly did not want to do anything. Absolutely disgusting. Go eat someplace else!

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s, especially the #26 with the cooked meat and buffalo sauce it’s my favorite! I’ve noticed that sometimes the quality depends on who makes it, but today was my first time having the gentleman with locks in his hair make my sandwich, and it was AMAZING. The flavor and quality were perfect just like when Antonio, the manager, makes it.

At this point, Antonio and he are the only two I really trust to make my hot sandwiches because they get it right every time. Antonio always assures me that the staff makes the sandwiches just as well as he does, and today proved that to be true.

Overall, customer service is always great, and everything else about the experience is top-notch. The word is spreading out through the whole Duke/UNC staff is starting to come here for lunch!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Antonio at Jersey Mike’s! Every time I come in, he makes my sandwich (the #26) perfectly — it’s like he reads my mind and knows exactly how I like everything. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does, and that care shows in the quality of the food and the experience. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is top tier. Antonio always has a great attitude and makes you feel welcome. People like him are the reason I keep coming back!

4 employees standing behind register, only 1 employee the only woman on staff was assisting a customer while everyone else stood behind her talking and laughing while there was a long line behind her instead of taking orders. When I asked if we were in the right line the male up at the register rolled his eyes and turned away. Won’t be eating here.

Mariah was very friendly and helpful! She made sure my order was accurate and greeted me with a smile. She is great!

This Jersey Mike's is great. Every employee is kind and welcoming. Great customer service and clean restaurant.
