Terrible terrible service. I ordered A turkey club and the guy cursed because I didn’t say it was Mikes Way! Going on and on about why I didn’t say it was Mikes Way. He constantly argued with me about it. He stated I should’ve said it because it would save time. Maybe if he wasn’t arguing for 10 minutes about Mikes Way he would’ve saved more time. Very RUDE PERSON!!!

Meat had black Round spots on it.It looked like mold. Service was horrible when I brought to the their attention they all just looked at me like whatever.Whatever. It had mold on the meat.They were very rude. More disappointing at the service more than the black spots on the meat. ?

Worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. Sloooow. Only two employees there at the time so I guess they were having to wait to start hot food which I didn’t order but the lady ahead of me did and she had to wait for two or three other customers to get their cold subs. One employee could’ve cared less to be there, and she made it known things she was saying, and written all over her face. Paid for my food and waiting for the drink and she’s like “oh the cups are right there” I’ve never had to get my own cup at Jersey Mike’s, How was I supposed to know? She was rude. Will not be back

The guy that made my simple Tuna sub tonight was so slow I could’ve driven to the Jersey Mike’s down the street and got my sandwich before he even finished. Seems like he made it a point to only use one hand until it was time to cut the sand. No line, no customers. Seems like he may have been doing online orders ahead of me too; but I should’ve known better because I’ve had problems with this location before.

I ordered 4 subs and all 4 were soggy! i called several time and no answer at the store! I am a teacher so leaving and going to the store is not an option for me. I sent an email and no response i call and no answer! this is not What i call Good customer! I wasted $43 i will never order or Recommend this store!!!!!!

I’m not really sure why I overlooked this chain for so long, but better late than never to a good thing as they say. The bread and ingredients quality is good enough to elicit memories of those true mom and pop Italian delis you might have enjoyed as a kid growing up in the northeast. A step above the other sandwich chains in the area for sure.

My girl is from Jersey where the original store is located so we go to Jersey Mike's for subs but this store yesterday knocked my roast beef sub out of the park!

I had supper here on recommendation. They only had 2 pieces of bread left. A whole wheat regular size and a rosemary small. I wanted a regular so I took that one. They had more bread coming but it was a 1/2 hour out.I ordered the club, Mike's Way, with pickles and Banana Peppers. The meat and cheese was sliced in front of me - pretty cool - and assembly after. It was hard to hear the 2nd person but they got me what I want.After I got back to the hotel, I opened and ate the sub. It was good... not a strong flavor but tasty. The bun was good. I enjoyed it!

Today, I had a terribly rude and disrespectful employee say something insulting under his breath in which he thought I didn't hear. I shared that I didn't appreciate his comment and that if that is how the staff is allowed to conduct themselves, I have plenty of other establishments that I can chose to spend my hard earned money. He mumbled something else, but I will not be coming back to this Jersey Mike's!!! I would not trust him to make a sandwich of mine based on his disrespectful nature!
