I cannot believe how kind and attentive the staff were! Everyone greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. They went out of their way to ask how my day was going. Everything was squeaky clean and my sandwich was great! Give this team a raise!!!
My favorite Mike’s around! I don’t even bother to go to the others anymore. I drive past those and come straight to this one. Employees are delightful, bread always fresh, sandwich is always made with care, as opposed to the sloppiness I’ve seen at another couple locations nearby. They really have a good team there!!!

I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s and feel that most shops do a great job. Today, I felt compelled to write a review on this location. The four gentlemen working the shop today took pride in the product they were giving the customer. Sandwiches were built with care. During any little break, they cleaned tables, wiped counters, broomed floors, etc. Not sure which was the supervisor/manager, but I suspect it was Will D. This review is a direct reflection of the leadership at this store. Keep up the great work, fellas!

I’ve always visited this location at 3219 Watkins Road, Durham NC during the evenings after work. And I tell you, these guys are so welcoming and friendly. The store is always clean and it has such a great atmosphere to it. The way people are today, it’s not a friendly world. To get off work after a stressful day, theses guys cheer me up and puts a smile and laughter on me. I love this location, what a great TEAM….
