I placed an online order for 3 subs and I really like JJs. The subs from this chain are really good but I was really disappointed with what this particular location provided. They very much skimped on everything, the kickin’ ranch was minimal, even the lettuce on the sub was lacking and some of the sub had a taste of cleaning product. I won’t be ordering from this b location in the future

This location is awful at delivery (internet) orders. I gave detailed instructions and an accurate address (along with TWO phone numbers to call with questions) and 2 HOURS later I still didn't have lunch. I called them twice and they said they would send the sandwich back out...well, i never saw it. I ended up just cancelling the order. There are other options out there so I'm likely never ordering from this location again. Good luck if you do...

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in the states. My brother and I love their sandwiches, especially the Ultimate Italian and the Roast Beef & Cheddar. Highly-recommended sandwiches!

The team tonight was on point. Excellent service, fantastic food, and the personable attitudes of the two gentlemen working tonight was exactly what we needed after 8 hours of driving. The bathrooms were also very well maintained (which has not been the case at any of the gas stations we stopped at this trip).

I come here about once a month to get sandwiches with my dad after helping him clean his shop and it's a reliably good lunch. The place is always decently clean, although the tables often have some leftover crumbs. Parking is tough, but so is any place on 9th.

I ordered a “Turkey Tom” Combo, and still trying to figure out where’s the Turkey. I paid too much for just bread and lettuce. Also, the staff left the tomatoes off of my sandwich and I didn’t ask for any alterations. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED! This is a complete ripoff; I will not be returning here.

Customer service was unsatisfactory, I came in not being a regular from jimmy johns and no one greeted me. The cashier looked like he didn’t want to be there, and once I got my order they just said here’s your sandwich. I felt as if I was a burden ordering from here.

I have fallen for this restaurant. Last week I got their fish combo including catfish, fries sweet tea, coconut cake and out of this world BANANA PUDDING!!!! WITHIN 3 days then I asked if I could sit and wait for my ride to a new hotel. The one I was staying in the prices doubled due to the Dreamville concert and NCSU Men's and Women's basketball games. I am temporarily homeless. I had a lot of my things to take to my storage unit. I asked the gentleman from Jimmies's Famous hotdogs if I could sit and wait for one of my kids to come and get my things in my storage room. I was supposed to wait for an hour? I was told to take my time. I said it would be an hour. I was sitting in my power chair and the gentleman said take your time. An hour went by and no one came. I was cold even when I had a blanket over me. Someone called a paramedic to check on me. They did everything to get me another room, which I ended up in Burlington at the Motel 6. I just want to say "THANK YOU FOR THE TRANSPORTATION TO Burlington. Everyone that helped me. Another young man gave me a beautiful blanket and snacks. Thank you to the ladies transporting me to Burlington. The van was equipped for my Power Chair. I had a couple of ladies that offered me money even though I asked for prayer. I never thought that I would be homeless. God just keeps blessing me. I didn't have anywhere to go. My cousin picked me up. I never thought I would be homeless again. I get SSDI once a month and it's hard. It's not like I have an emergency housing voucher or I don't make 2.5 times the rent alone. To the staff at Jimmies's Famous hotdogs for subtly get help for me. I can't say THANK YOU so much ENOUGH. THANK YOU so much I really appreciate you all. I am still looking for an apartment based on my income which is hard to find. Or, the items they requested and my birth certificate is not easily accessible. My son and I discussed moving together. I know I need some help, I was just to be proudful that I want to do things on my own. I have to face the fact I am in need of help.
