The staff are so nice and accommodating for food allergies! I’m allergic to avocados and they always wipe down the work station and change gloves before making my order. Obviously no one can prevent all cross contamination in a restaurant, but I truly appreciate their effort!

Whatever happened to freaky fast? 30+ mins for a delivery on a random Thursday is absolutely not worth the wait. Bummer.
Just a buyer beware this store now contracts out its delivery driving. When they had their own delivery team it was fast and efficient. Since they have switched to uber eats or door dash expect to wait an hour for delivey.

Ordered a sandwich, could not track the order. Called he store and was told IT WAS ON ITS WAY. I got a text saying that uber driver was on its way to pick it up and my sandwich will arrive AN HOUR after the order. Called to cancel since I'm at work and cannot longer take a lunch. I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then get hung up on. Called again and they had already voided my order....

Ate here yesterday, started feeling ill within an hour. Got mad food poisoning all night, you guys ruined half a trip to the mtns...wash your hands...

I called up to the store because I needed to cancel an order that I placed in the app to the wrong location. And the person working answered the phone saying “Hello”. It threw me off for a second and I thought I called the wrong number. Do restaurants no longer say the name of the establishment and how can I help you? Very strange and unprofessional. Please do better. OAN I love JJ food :).

I decided to stop in after not being able to eat all day at work. The person at the register was super condescending and rude the entire time I was trying to order. I ended up walking out mid order. Not coming back here. I never leave reviews but that was terrible.

Ordered my usual items and looked up 40 minutes later and no delivery was made. Called to check on it and was told they were short drivers but mine had left the building and was on the way. At the 1hr10min mark I called it in to cancel. Have yet to see the food. Not the service I'm accustomed to from Jimmy John's. First interaction with this location, can't say I'd give em another shot.

Under no circumstances should a worker be running the store by themselves not even for 30 minutes. Not only can it be dangerous for said worker but the quality and service also is bad. Get y'all managing people to schedule y’all correctly. It’s not “freaky fast” when one guy is juggling 5+ sandwiches, while there’s 3+ people waiting in line for over 10 minutes.

Quite possibly the slowest jimmy johns. Always takes 30 plus mins for order online. Constantly running out of bread and having to wait over 20 mins. I purposely wait 30 mins after I order online to pickup and still wait when I get to the store another 20 mins. Wild to me this place functions yet I still go since there isn’t one closer

We like Jimmy John's quite a lot. In my opinion you get a lot of value for your money. Plus it's always consistent, you know exactly what you're going to be eating when you order. Sometimes that's nice.
