Don’t order if your used to jimmy John’s good delivery service, I’ve tried it 3 times just to see if it was a fluke but every time delivery is well over an hour from time of order.

The manager, Jeremy, hung up on me twice as I was just trying to understand where my delivery was and why I was not notified about it.
This is not my first problem with delivery from this location. Unfortunately, it does not seem like it is getting better and the management at this location seems very problematic.
I do not recommend ordering delivery from this store

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Got it, not cut in half like the instructions detailed, no peppers instead of the extra peppers I ordered. They get it wrong so many times, it's rarer that they get it right for me. Pretty much done with JJs.

The staff are so nice and accommodating for food allergies! I’m allergic to avocados and they always wipe down the work station and change gloves before making my order. Obviously no one can prevent all cross contamination in a restaurant, but I truly appreciate their effort!

Whatever happened to freaky fast? 30+ mins for a delivery on a random Thursday is absolutely not worth the wait. Bummer.
Just a buyer beware this store now contracts out its delivery driving. When they had their own delivery team it was fast and efficient. Since they have switched to uber eats or door dash expect to wait an hour for delivey.

Ordered a sandwich, could not track the order. Called he store and was told IT WAS ON ITS WAY. I got a text saying that uber driver was on its way to pick it up and my sandwich will arrive AN HOUR after the order. Called to cancel since I'm at work and cannot longer take a lunch. I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then get hung up on. Called again and they had already voided my order....

I called up to the store because I needed to cancel an order that I placed in the app to the wrong location. And the person working answered the phone saying “Hello”. It threw me off for a second and I thought I called the wrong number. Do restaurants no longer say the name of the establishment and how can I help you? Very strange and unprofessional. Please do better. OAN I love JJ food :).

I decided to stop in after not being able to eat all day at work. The person at the register was super condescending and rude the entire time I was trying to order. I ended up walking out mid order. Not coming back here. I never leave reviews but that was terrible.
