I put in an order for pick up. I was at the store 8min afterwards and it wasn't ready. I waited 10min and after I saw that a few people who ordered in the store and got there food for me, I asked for my order. They finally made it, but they told me they don't 'prioritize' pickup orders unless I'm in the store. My question is, what is the point of a pick up order if you don't make it till I'm in the store. Lousy policy

My sandwich shrunk! Mike's Subs hasn't shrunk l! They give way more food for maybe a dollar extra.

Normally everything is great from this location. Today we ordered two beach clubs as wraps. There is one piece of turkey in each wrap. Why remove 90% of the meat just because it is a wrap? Such a disappointment and not with the money.

My husband and I went in around 6pm. Whoever the young lady was at the register had absolutely zero customer service. She had a blank stare and seemed bothered that she was taking my order. Her attitude is terrible and made my husband not want to eat there. I understand the food industry is tiring and hard but a simple smile, wave or acknowledgment goes a long way. I hope she has a better night!

We opt for Jimmy John’s when we want to eat subs. The one that we always take out are the veggie sub. The ingredients are always fresh, I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a giant sub combo and got charged for a second sub. I noticed how no one wanted to show me the receipt and when I asked for it. They told me it would be several minutes. In the end, I had to show them how I got charged for 1 sub combo and an additional sub. Instead of 1 sub combo. Be careful. You don't get overcharged as everyone behind the counter knew the guy at the register did this.

Staff inside: Amazing. The girl that answers the home was super understanding and offered to remake my sandwich fresh!

I don't know your sub lingo and am told I can't add onions to a particular sandwich. Instead of tell me "I'm not allowed to add onions to that" how about tell me the version of the sandwich you are "allowed" to add onions too. This place is so ridiculous. Keep your onions and your baseball bat bread.

The young man working tonight has no business working in customer service. I walked in instead of the counter about a minute when I noticed a young man cuddled up at a table involved in his phone. Another person that was eating on the other side of the room got up and seen that nobody was waiting on me. He approached the young man and informed him that I was standing at the counter. So he jumps up. He comes up to the counter and takes my order and totally screwed it up. What a worthless employee they have working there.

Then we waited forever and watched the cashier make someone’s sandwich who came in 2 people after us. Then when she made our (what’s everyone else doing btw) it turned out to be one of the worst JJ sandos I’ve ever had. Hard bread, dining area in disarray, and poor attitude. Sorry we asked you to do your job.
