I don't know your sub lingo and am told I can't add onions to a particular sandwich. Instead of tell me "I'm not allowed to add onions to that" how about tell me the version of the sandwich you are "allowed" to add onions too. This place is so ridiculous. Keep your onions and your baseball bat bread.

The young man working tonight has no business working in customer service. I walked in instead of the counter about a minute when I noticed a young man cuddled up at a table involved in his phone. Another person that was eating on the other side of the room got up and seen that nobody was waiting on me. He approached the young man and informed him that I was standing at the counter. So he jumps up. He comes up to the counter and takes my order and totally screwed it up. What a worthless employee they have working there.

Freaky slow and moody as hell. We should have know this was going to be terrible when the cashier was a total B. Then we waited forever and watched the cashier make someone’s sandwich who came in 2 people after us. Then when she made our (what’s everyone else doing btw) it turned out to be one of the worst JJ sandos I’ve ever had. Hard bread, dining area in disarray, and poor attitude. Sorry we asked you to do your job.

Our company needed a spur of the moment lunch catering order for around 25 people and I was stressing to find a place that could accommodate such a last minute request. I spoke to the general manager David and he was BEYOND helpful! He helped me pick out the exact amount of food I needed for my crew at a reasonable price AND he even allowed delivery to us even though we are just outside the service area. I was stressing about how I was going to feed so many at the very last minute and David was so calm, cool and collected that once I started speaking with him my worries melted away. HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS WORKING AT THE DURHAM LOCATION TODAY! Thank you!!

Walked in at 1:35 for lunch on Sat. The person working was making takeout orders a foot from the register and didn't say hello or look up. This continued for an oddly long time until she went to answer the phone with her back to us, again for a long time. By now the person waiting after us cut bait left and we did, too. Treating customers like they're invisible is the reason we'll not to return.

I want to thank the Team that worked today 9/14/23. My husband picked up our sandwiches tonight after a lot of back and forth where to eat after a pretty terrible, busy week. Moments after my husband left the store I received a phone call that he had left our two kickin’ ranches I had ordered and they weren’t sure how far he’d gotten but wanted to let me know in case he could come back. When I say that, after the week we’ve had, a couple missing sauces probably would have dramatically felt like the end of the world tonight; I am very grateful for the phone call and the customer service that was provided when it absolutely did have to be. Thank you guys!! For the delicious sandwiches as always, and especially for these two dumb little ranches.

I ordered 2 Beach Clubs to go. Non of them had a meat in them. I did not get the receipt(probably purposely) so I can't submit a claim! You better unwrap your sandwiches and do your own quality check before leaving this place.

This store is awesome. I eat here atleast once or twice a week. Even when they're working a skeleton crew they manage to get me my sandwich while I'm paying or as I get my drink.

Got a chicken Caesar wrap and couldn't even eat it due to the fact that there was almost nothing besides the dressing. I could buy a bottle of dressing for cheaper and just drink that if that's what I had wanted.

The staff was very rude. They did not seem to want to provide service to me. I was treated as if I were incompetent and told they didn't cut meat that day so couldn't make a sub I asked for. We just left and went to firehouse and they were wonderful.

5 people sitting around not doing anything. I ordered online so I don't have to wait and OFCOURSE there's a wait. Why is there 5 people doing nothing but there's a bunch of sandwiches to be made. This place needs new management desperately. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE

I usually don't leave reviews for chain fast food restaurants like Jimmy John's but I'm confused as to why this location has such low ratings? Perhaps they got new management. The service was great, atmosphere was clean, and my food was delicious. They were super busy but my sandwich still came to me immediately after paying for it!!! The staff was also really friendly when I asked for extra pickles and onions on the side (they didn't put enough on my sandwich...I think I need to start asking for extra since I like a lot lol). Anyway, give this location a try you won't be disappointed... side note: extra points for having a 100% sanitation rate :)

After my last experience there I actually submitted a complaint (25 min wait for the wrong order) and got a phone call from the new manager promising change- faster service, urgency, and accuracy. He offered to buy my next meal and give them another chance to turn things around. I went in today, saw a noticeable change in hustle, and received my (correct) order before I even finished paying. I fully believe in redemption, and they nailed it - good job turning things around!
