UPDATE: I was hesitant to post this, but i think people should know. There are some bug problems here, found this big guy on the stairs to the 2nd floor.

OLD: This is a juice shop in downtown Durham, they have smoothies, bowls, sandwiches and some hot drinks like tea and coffee.

As a former employee, there are a lot of issues with this business, IMO. They do not treat their employees well and it shows with the turnover rate. The lack of communication between management and staff is likely the cause.

They do not give the tips in the tip jar to their employees, so be mindful if that if you decide to tip.

It's also not the safest place to work, with homeless people coming in and threatening the workers with weapons who don't let them use the bathroom. And the management had not taken any steps to protect the people who work there, no changes or training to help the staff feel safer.

Its disappointing to see how the owners treat the people who help build their business.

I had the orange vitality cold pressed juice. It was delicious. The atmosphere is great. Great music. Cool vibes. Great place to meet or get some work done.

The smoothie is pretty much a meal with the way so much goodness is packed in!! The strawberry smoothie was so yummy, perfectly balanced and filling. I enjoy coming to this shop whenever I’m in Durham!

Drove all the way over here to be told the kitchen is closed until 1....it's noon. What a waste of time

Great place to stop for a quick smoothie, juice or snack or work remotely from! I love the chocolate covered banana smoothie and their gluten free avocado toast! Lots of allergy friendly foods!

Awesome vibes and great smoothies! Shoutout to Kestra, very nice and very good service. The second floor here is unreal, awesome balcony. Also, they offer cow milk as a base, which is awesome. So many of these smoothie places only offer almond milk and coconut water, which is very sad.

The frustrating con about this establishment is that they change their menus or their specials like the wind. They've removed the apple pie, apple cinnamon, and carrot cake smoothie specials. The carrot cake smoothie available today tastes more like key lime pie and it's so disheartening because I used to love this place. Ahh well, on to the next.

Delicious smoothie (I had the Coffee Fix) and great environment to read for the afternoon. As others have mentioned, its a little pricy (I used the Offline coupon, highly recommend for a first try), but I thought the quality of the product and the atmosphere reflected that.

Amazing place! We are visiting from Seattle and found this gem - we had the Chocolate Covered Powerbowl, a grilled cheese and Golden Milk - all were amazing! The team was super and I highly recommend them!

This location sucks, they never accept orders in time and sometimes miss with the smoothies
