Im a KfC fan but some of the chains hair disrespected the recipe and how they fry the chicken. But this location the chicken was great 👍🏽

Drive thru closed and it took them 5 minutes to tell me. I go inside and they don't have tenders or nuggets, so I order a sandwich. They ring me up and then, oops we don't have any chicken at all. They offer a pot pie instead, and I say I just want to cancel and that takes another 10 minutes.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday. Ordered the famous bowl with extra corn. Also got a lemon mini bundt cake. Everything was fresh and delicious. Had no wait to get my food it was ready in just a couple of minutes.

The food at this KFC isn’t bad but I’d like to request they remove the sign from corporate advertising KFC deals because they do not accept these coupons. It’s not only false advertising but a waste of customers time who come there expecting you to serve something that you’re advertising in your lobby.

Ordered Uber Eats and they sent me a different order because they didn't have the order prepared. Be mindful they had 2 hours before close and decided to close down 2 hours early. I called to let them know the issue and the person that answered the phone stated they gave me what they had left instead of putting in the order that the item wasn't available or rather they didn't want to cook it because they were closing early. Then the person incompetent person hung up the phone not realizing the call was recorded. And they wonder why they're losing their jobs to people that want to work.

Chicken was old and tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. So dry I couldn't eat it. The fries weren't any better. Highly disappointed in wasting $15 for this sorry food.

Customer service bad. Always low on items. No straws, napkins or sauces. Waited 15 min for wings and wedges and the wings were dark they looked unhealthy. Asked for my refund didn’t even want it recooked. Should’ve took pictures

This was my first time using the app to which I ordered 2 eight piece bucket s that stated 2 wings, 2 thighs and two beasts. In total of both buckets combined I received NO chicken breast, 1 chicken wing, 2 thighs and the remaining were all chicken wings. The chicken was soggy and poorly cooked. KFC lied to this customer and I will certainly never purchase anything again from KFC!!! KFC should be ashamed for treating customers the way I was treated!!! I will be sure to let everyone know about this on social media!
