If you order a 4 piece why only a three piece. They have an attitude if you ask for a sauce because they don't ask if you want any. Slow down and give good customer service. I ordered the bowl this week and the chicken pieces looked like gizzards. Very small and over cooked. Had to bury them in the potatoes to soften them up. It's very close to my job, but I'm done with this spot. I would post pics but don't see a option.

A really "good" fast food restaurant that let somebody "stole" my pickup order and refused to refund me. Ordered at 6:58pm and it is estimated to be ready at 7:05pm. Arrived at 7:06pm but was told someone else picked up this order. Good to know that this can be done within a minute. So ridiculous just like I'd been robbed directly.
