The chicken was extra hard instead of extra crispy. The only time you get fresh chicken is when they open at 11. Also, the employees display horrible customer service.

This is one of the worse KFC in Durham. It’s been at least 4 time the internet been down and the chicken is cold or old. KFC is the only restaurant that I know that closed before the time on the door say.

They should be ashamed of themselves. I got a 3 piece meal, 2 legs and a breast. All of it put together was about the size of one breast at Bojangles, and it cost a lot more at almost $13. The legs were the size of a wing drummet and the breast the size of a thigh. The biscuit was too hard too eat. I should have returned it, but I didn't have time. I hadn't eaten here for a long time, because the last time it was the same. I thought I would give them another chance. I shouldn't have. The server was nice at least.

I placed to go inside to place my order as I was ordering a 16 piece family chicken meal. I normally don't order something like this through the drive through as it is rude to hold other patrons up in the drive through for such a large order. The dining room was closed, so I was forced to go through the thru. When I got up to the speaker, I told the girl I wanted a 16 piece family meal. There was silence. She came back on several seconds later and said she would have to give me more breasts and thighs because that's all she had. I said that was fine (even though it wasn't-how can a chicken place run out of chicken at 5:30pm?)! I proceeded with my 4 sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac n cheese, sweet corn, and fries. I said thank you to the lady and she answered with a less than pleasant response. I pulled up and paid. While waiting for my food, I noticed that my receipt said one of the sides was cole slaw. When the lady was about to hand me my food, I politely asked, "do you mind confirming that one of the sides is Mac n cheese and not coleslaw," to which the lady said, "that was the whole point of me repeating your order back (and something else I couldn't make out)." I couldn't believe that a worker would say that, nonetheless, repeat it to her manager that was standing near her. When the lady did come back and hand me my food, I did say, "sorry about that," to which she replied "yeah!". First, I did not hear her say cole slaw at the speaker, because I would have corrected her. Second, if there was a LCD that displayed the orders like the one inside, we wouldn't have this issue (at least, I didn't see one). Third, if inside was open, we wouldn't have all this miscommunication through the drive thru. There are less patrons that these employees are waiting on with the inside course, so the fact that this rude employee makes it seem like I'm thinking her ragid, is crazy. Lastly, the employee's manager should have reprimanded her for speaking that way to a customer. I'm a manager, and if I heard my employee speak to a customer (which, without, we wouldn't have a job), I would reprimand him/her.

Where to start. We have not eaten here in several years because it was always horrible and nothing has changed. We thought maybe after this long it would have new management but there is no way. Mashed potatoes are GREY. Hello wow. And the chicken is a gross mess. The wings do not even look like chicken and don’t understand how chicken can be this dry with all the grease and oil it’s floating in. They just do not care

Hillsborough Road Durham NC location. The facility was clean. Taco was ok but the chicken was terrible. No original recipe. No biscuits. The chicken we received was overcooked. Bad experience for the past 2 visits.

Nobody wants to do their job. 30+ minute drive thru with no way out

I ordered chicken tenders with fries. Fries were room temperature and disgusting and the chicken was cooked but again room temperature. The staff was nice but there was only 3 staff members working. I will never go back to this location. I will drive out of my way if I want KFC or taco bell from here on out.

The most ghetto and unprofessional KFC in North Carolina. Every time I come here there’s a problem. No chicken, systems down, closed earlier than closing time, etc. If you want disappointment and a nasty attitude, check out this location, they never disappoint.

The gentleman who took my order was great! Good customer service and very thorough. Now the $14 chicken tender box I got for my daughter was terrible!! Tenders so old and dry she couldn't even bite into them. I myself and my husband tried to and we couldn't either. So we went and asked could we have a couple chicken legs instead and they said they are out of chicken legs only breasts. How is that even a thing at KFC?! So we got a chicken quesadilla instead. My tacos were the skimpiest I've ever seen barely and meat on them and literally a tiny dab of sour cream on one side. I had to go ask for a side of sour cream just to eat them. They were out of tea. The drink machine doesn't work. Out of the 16 options only died mtn dew worked and the CO2 level is so ridiculously off. Their card machine was down. The bathroom was terrible. No hand soap. No trash bag in the trash can and it smelled of sewage . Just terrible. If I wasn't so non confrontational I would've asked for a complete refund. As a store manager myself, this is completely unacceptable and I'm baffled at the fact they are still in business with practices like they have. Never go back and suggest nobody else goes. Just absolutely terrible ?

Horrendous. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Sat at the window waiting for my food while the employee ate chicken in front of me. And to top it off my order was wrong. I ordered chicken chalupas and got beef plus the shells were inside out which I didn't even know was possible.
