Waited in line 35 minutes only to be told they didn’t have my order (pot pies).They only cook 5 pies at a time and no more because 5 at a time is their “protocol”. So if there’s 1 pie already cooked, they can’t/don’t prepare any more until the 1 pie is sold. Even though I had ordered 4 pot pies, they wouldn’t cook enough to fill my order. They offered to put pies in the oven if I wanted to wait another 25 minutes. If you can get their food, it’s standard KFC fare, but this is the worst managed restaurant franchise I have ever encountered anywhere in the US!

The manager would not even look up to acknowledge someone was in the restaurant. More focused on what she was doing.
Absolute trash experience. First off, I just order a side of fries and a drink, because I ate earlier, but when I go to get my drink, HALF of the drinks were 100% water or 90% carbonated water. On top of that, when I asked for a drink that I wanted (because it was all out at the machine), the worker had a terrible attitude when telling me that ALL of those drinks are out and they have no more. When we get our food, my brother checked and he had three chicken fingers instead of the four he ordered, and they did not have the dry rub sauce that he ordered them with, they were plain chicken fingers (he also didn’t get the ranch he asked for). When finally getting a worker’s attention, he yelled “y’all need to calm down,” and NONE of us did anything extra then explain the problem. When also told how it was ordered with the sauce on it, he said “oh yuh we don’t got that” (then after asking why it was on the menu if they never had it at all, he said to calm down). FINALLY the only nice worker there (supervisor/ manager), came over and refunded us. Since we already got the food. He let us keep it. The chicken absolutely SUCKED. Not to mention, my brother only got the fingers because KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN was out of CHICKEN LEGS. Yes, the fried bone in legs that is their main food. Absolutely terrible. Use the extra couple cents you spent on gas and go straight to Zaxbys, Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, etc on the same road.

Ordered a 4 piece tender meal and asked them to “sauce it up” as the sign says. Cashier said she couldn’t pick that option on her order screen and told the cook to coat my tenders. I get my food, I have 4 tenders, and they just then decide to tell me they don’t “sauce it up” for tenders at that location. Why wouldn’t I be told that when I first ordered? The employee that told me I couldn’t sauce my tenders was the same one that was told by the cashier to sauce my tenders. Why wouldn’t you say that you can’t do that ti the cashier??? Also the drink machine had no carbonation. I am not going back here

Normally I try to be gracious but I'm having a bad day. I got there at 10:10 and the doors were still locked, they open at 10, ok I get it. I go through the drive through and no one is ready for me, theyre not even logged into the system yet. All I got was a famous bowl. No cheese and only four pieces of chicken. Like I said, I'm have a bad day but this definitely made it worse. Honestly normally I'd just call and see if they could fix it but they just totally turned me off

This might be the most poorly run KFC/TB franchise in the country. No matter what you order at the drive-thru, they will tell you to pull around to the parking lot. The owner clearly doesn’t live nearby, and whoever the GM is doesn’t give a crap about the service. Avoid at all costs. Can’t imagine it will be open for much longer.

Extremely slow service
Sat in the drive through for 30 mins for food that wasn't what I wanted because they were out and I was stuck without any way to leave the line. Painful experience
