It is really nice to come to a place where the manager is all over the place helping people and his employees, Anthony the manager at this location was great, and it reflects in the store and the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and he was just genuinely nice to all the clients, I am amazed. Thank you for making my experience this nice.

Andre was by far the best employee we I have even come across while coming to this location. He was extremely patient and didn’t have any sort of attitude like everyone else. He offered items on the menu and was extremely receptive. Amazing Job Andre!!

My family and I visited this location today 9/8.All 3 pieces of the chicken was under cooked. None of the food was hot. I'm disappointed because I expect all my food to be cooked properly. No I didn't call because it's the story at every fast food restaurant " I'm sorry! Whats your name? Next time you come we will replace your meal." No think you because it's not enough. Managers need to go behind there employees and make their food is quality. And stop putting just anything out.

Had the worst service as expected in this north side getto Durham. KFC is no exception hiring the people to tell you they have no white meet till you pull up in the window. Asked for a couple dollars off for not letting me know in drive thru plus making me wait 23 min.. and cashier still laughed in my face

I must say that everytime I order chicken livers from this store they are good, but the biscuits are not. This time, I was so upset about the uncooked biscuits I received in this meal...I couldn't even eat the rest of the dinner I got. This is the third time I have gotten under cooked biscuits.

The power was out or had just gone out. Everything around them was closing as well due to a power outage. The chicken I purchased was totally soggy. You could tell it had set in the grease when the power went out. In spite of the situation I still paid the full price.
