I went to KFC on Horton Rd today and they did not disappoint. The customer service was on point.Because I had to wait a bit for extra crispy chicken to come up,the manager Andre offered me something to drink while I waited. He and his staff were very efficient and very courteous. The chicken was very fresh and sides were very good. I give 5 stars on customer service and food.I will definitely be back!! Many thanks 😊

It is really nice to come to a place where the manager is all over the place helping people and his employees, Anthony the manager at this location was great, and it reflects in the store and the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and he was just genuinely nice to all the clients, I am amazed. Thank you for making my experience this nice.
