I must say that everytime I order chicken livers from this store they are good, but the biscuits are not. This time, I was so upset about the uncooked biscuits I received in this meal...I couldn't even eat the rest of the dinner I got. This is the third time I have gotten under cooked biscuits.

The power was out or had just gone out. Everything around them was closing as well due to a power outage. The chicken I purchased was totally soggy. You could tell it had set in the grease when the power went out. In spite of the situation I still paid the full price.

Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Clearly don’t want you to order anything and have a terrible attitude. McDonald’s one up’s this place by 100% which is scary. Needs to be shut down if management just doesn’t care. Out of most of the food on the menu and when we pull to the window you get eye rolls when not even giving back any attitude. Food was cold and clearly sitting out all day. I’ll never go back.

Staff appears to be confused. The manager needs to train staff better. The floor in the dining area needs cleaning. the floor near the drink machine was wet without a wet sign. This is hazardous, and accidents waiting to happen.

I placed an order online around 1930 and arrived at the store at 1945 and noticed that all of the lights were off as if the store was closed. I walked in and there was one staff member at the drive through on his phone with a line of 3 cars just sitting in the drive through. Once the staff member noticed me he told me that they are closed and I said “well I was somehow able to put in an online order for this location and am supposed to pick it up at 2000”. Two more staff members walked out of an office and one of them told the original staff member to lock the door. The service just got worse and worse as more people came in complaining and returning orders before the staff got a chance to lock the door. The staff members were cursing and just being rude to other customers. I heard the staff say that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order so a more senior staff member came over and grabbed a bunch of random chicken to throw in my bucket. Once I got home I check the chicken and most of it looked as if it had been picked over by Eric Cartman. I will not return.

Never going back there, fking workers are rude as hell I was being nice towards them but the old man working the night shift literally called us fcking assholes before turning his mic off, just because we were asking about what was available since they told me they were out of at least half of the menu, worst costumer service he almost broke that window when he closed right after I asked for sauces and he never came back so I left, why they working there if they are gonna to treat people so miserable it ain't our fault if they be having a bad day. KFC really needs better workers and the food was cold as ice I didn't even finished it. Do better

Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 pc white with Mac & cheese & coleslaw. Asked for 1 pc original 1 pc crispy. Got my order & my biscuit was missing. They gave me one. Once home I found 2 pc of original. It was good but ..

Mom and I just got the worst food poisoning. Plus no hot wings or sandwiches so we didn’t even get the good stuff.
Food just doesn't taste as good as it used to. Was in Drive through and sat there for the longest time waiting for the food to be brought to us, and then the man was very curt with us when he brought it like we were bothering him.

Well if negative numbers were possible it's all they would get... My friend ordered online for pickup. Upon my arrival they told me they had not even started to prepare the order yet and couldn't without the order number... That was 30 minutes after the initial order... When I said I would wait for the order they became confrontational and said I could not... Hope my food doesn't get spit in.. ...
