I went to KFC on Miami Blvd on Saturday afternoon. They tried to pawn off old dried- up chicken as fresh. I left to go home and yo my amazement, I was horrified. I returned to the KFC to return the bad chicken and was told that it was fresh. Of course I responded that you must think that I am stupid. But I am not. I know fresh chicken when I see it. They proceeded to try to tell me that they could not give me a refund until Tomorrow, even though I had just paid them cash only 15 minutes prior. They could have opened the cash register and refunded my money, but they stated that they couldn't open the drawer. I stood there until someone eventually asked if I wanted more chicken. I said yes, if it is fresh. Once I received the chicken I checked to see if it was fresh, and it was. I also stated that this is not the chicken that you tried to pawn off on me before. My only suggestion is that you check your chicken before you leave. It May Not Be Fresh!!!!!

Well, I’ve read the one star reviews on this location and now I see why I had Uber eats deliver my food and I asked for a two piece dark a find a leg. What do I get a breast and two wings or these people that incompetent the deck they don’t know between a thigh and a leg, and they give a breast into wings. This place should be shut down.

Don’t bother ordering online through the mobile app. You’re gonna wait for 30 minutes until you get your food. They will notify you
saying that your food is ready, but it’s not. Manager gets his bonus by drive-thru time.

Beware of being ripped off! They charge more than menu prices. For example: $2.49 for a chicken little sandwich on the menu then charged $3.19 with tax. That's either overcharge for the food or 28% tax, either way it is illegal.

I order in drive thru paid & was told to wait up front because my order wasn't ready & they would bring it to me ok. Upon waiting someone came to my car and told the system went down and my payment wasn't processed and I needed to repay. There was already a charge on my card from the drive thru but they told me it should be refunded. But nope that not the case after going back and fourth with the manager trying to get my money back and getting no where. Keep in mind I paid $51 twice. I contacted customer service which apologize for the inconvenience and told me call they can do is give me a $20 voucher. No I want my money back. I'm just trying to get my money back and no one is trying to help.

I placed an online order here about 3 days ago. I arrived to the restaurant and the line was fairly long. The app said my food would be on the pick up side, but it wasn’t. I proceeded to wait in line (20 minutes) until the cashier signaled for me to come up. I showed my online order & she told me to wait. I realized they hadn’t made my online order until she rang me up, even though I placed it via phone 30min prior. I got my food about 5 mins after that and everything was correct. There were only 2 workers on duty. I truly felt bad for them. They did the best they could. They were preparing all the orders, handling the dining room line/drive thru line, and pick up orders. To me, the dining room should’ve been closed and the restaurant should’ve only operated via drive thru. Once again, the workers were nice but seemed very overwhelmed. I hope corporate gives them a raise. I used to work in fast food, so I understand the demand, but only 2 workers for a restaurant is unacceptable. But hey, at least my food was good & fresh!

Do not do not DO NOT come here. 1 hour for a simple order, no mods. Ordered ahead to avoid issues. Staff was arguing with multiple customers about their orders. People from drive thru were coming in about wrong order. Just avoid completely to save your time and money.

Girl at drive thru window was great - manager is the problem. I go to kfc for original recipe chicken, because I’m not crazy about real crispy. What do I get, old as dirt original dropped in the fryer, threw $12 meal in trash, oh th potatos, cold! Never again.
