I ordered a wings and wedge combo meal and I didn’t receive what I ordered. There were no wedges in the box.

They added a spoiled coleslaw to my meal which was also NOT apart of my order. The smell of the coleslaw was very much awful as if they had it in the refrigerator for days.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a 12 peice family meal with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and coleslaw for my mother's visit to NC. The coleslaw was sour and rancid as it was days old l the chicken was hard as if it was refried multiple times ...over $40 wasted. Very disappointed dont ordered from here.

Food was not hot, drinks and sides were missing. It might have been delivery but the driver isn’t the one at fault here. We live close.This happens every time we order, genuinely baffled by how easy it is for the staff to not check the order is COMPLETE, not halfway okay.

I work very close to this KFC, so I visit regularly, and I can tell you that the only times I've received excellent service are when KRISTIN is serving customers. That girl is fantastic; she should honestly be a manager. Service 10/10. I recommend asking for her when you visit this branch.

I've been eating Kentucky fried Chicken for 45 years and this is the worst location I've ever been to I went there twice when you see your chicken is really dark dark dark brown just means it's from yesterday or from hours ago. There is no fresh food in this establishment at all water is how you can describe the mashed potatoes. I don't understand why management just doesn't do something about it but obviously they don't care. There is zero reason for anybody to go to that place but go ahead you'll probably find out that you have a coupon this valid but since the manager isn't there they can't accept it. There's something seriously wrong with that location.. One more thing The darkness of all their food just shows that they never change the oil ever. Hopefully some district manager a bunch of stores reads this and actually checks in on it it'll find that I'm 100% right

I had such a wonderful experience at KFC! The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept everything looked fresh and inviting the moment I walked in. The workers were so kind, professional, and welcoming, which really made my visit feel special. You can tell they take pride in what they do from the quality of the food to the way they treat their customers. The service was fast, the food was hot and delicious, and the overall vibe was just great. Big shoutout to the entire team for keeping the place so spotless and full of good energy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and the right temperature. We were given great customer service. The only downside was the cleanliness of the inside. At first glance it looks clean until you get closer to where you want to sit.

They open at 10.. I went in and no chicken was ready. I was told they were having technical difficulties and I waited 20 minutes.. Went back in and stood there 10 minutes and nobody came to the register. Horrible customer service

Often are out of chicken when ordering. Literally it’s my 3rd experience of being out of chicken. And horrible at getting DoorDash orders right.
9/21 went at 6:45 asked for wings, asked to wait 10 mins for someone 14mins to say they were never dropped and would take 16mins. The lobby doors were locked closed and everyone sent to drive thru. Ultimately an ill prepared business

Now I know why this kfc only got 2 stars, I being wait here for like 25min, and that lady tell me they run out of wing, and I need to cancel the whole order, this is super absurd. I just stay at their pick up window for the whole time and no one else on the lane, and she w8 till the last minute to tell me this, will never come to here

If I could give -5 stars, I would. The drive-thru was long, so we decided to go inside. I placed my order at 6:55 p.m. and it literally took 50 minutes to get my food. I only waited because I wanted to see just how long it would take, otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund.

This location is severely understaffed—I mean severely. The drive-thru line was slow, but at least it was moving. Inside, I stood at the counter ignored for over 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Several customers walked out. A woman asked for a sweet tea refill and was completely ignored. The employee at the counter even said she was going to lock the doors to only take drive-thru orders, which just shows how overwhelmed and burdened the staff were. I can sympathize with being short-staffed, but customer service still matters.

I don’t know who the general manager is here, but it is their responsibility to ensure proper staffing, training, and quality control. The fact that there were no buns, no pot pies, and even an oversell on pot pies shows poor oversight and no accountability. A regular customer even told me, “It’s always like this when I come.” That says everything.

Prices on the menu keep going up, but the service keeps going down. Col. Sanders would be disappointed. The staff worked ultra-slow, unable to multitask—except for the one woman working drive-thru who was hustling. There was zero quality control, no one checking inventory or making sure customers were being served fairly.

And to make it so bad I only ordered two drumsticks, one wing, green beans, and nuggets!!

This store has to do better!!

Ordered via Uber eats, and got my food in my room and checked I am missing two items. I orders extra Individual Mash Potato with gravy and Famous Bowl and got non of them. Chicken is has old oil taste and burnt. Absolutely disappointed.
