I recieved wrong order after waiting 10 minutes 3 pc chicken one side already ready. Only customer waiting.I recieved 3 small pcs of chicken for a child for $11.00. Restaurant tables dirty. No hot sauce packs. Also wanted gizzard only way to purchase I had to buy the meals with 2 side's 12 bucks for that I refuse ? of course. I just wanted an order of gizzards to go.

Chicken pieces were rather small. I went back for a smashed potato bowl with nuggets however they refused honor the ad on the sign. I instead got a plain bowl which was OK but disappointing, the fries weren't fresh and looked nothing like the advertisement.

11:45 on a Sunday afternoon, I’ll swing by here just to get something to eat. I got a two piece, dark meat, chicken with french fries and iced tea. That was the best fries and chicken I’ve had from any KFC establishment everything about the meal was extremely fresh.

We ate at this KFC for the first time on Tuesday night this week. Such a clean and cheerful location! Nice staff. Comfortable. My brother tried to order dark meat for his meal, but they had run out of thighs. They told him it would take 20 minutes to thaw out and cook dark meat for him. I was treating him that night for helping me at home, and KFC was his choice. So he was pretty disappointed. We only eat out very occasionally. Maybe 3-4 times a year. Still, we might try them again sometime! They deserve a second chance. The white meat meal that he had instead was just fine, he said.
Did not give us all of our food. Service and the people have attitudes. I don't recommend going to this KFC because the employees don't care and are not friendly ? this store sucks.

Drove 17 miles to pick up a doordash order, only to be told that they're "all out" of food. One employee sitting out in the parking lot hotboxing his car and the rest claiming they have no food, as if the restaurant would run out. Whoever runs this franchise should investigate.....
