I'm not afraid to say it I'm ADHD and I went to eat with friends I was overwhelmed with everything it's nobody's fault but because I was just before having a meltdown and somehow held it together enough I mistakenly walk the wrong way and nothing was said but everyone else was done eating there food and I just get mine thank you kick back Jack's employees for making my night so much better

Ordered online and picked up/take out. Dinner for myself while traveling. When I arrived to pick up my meal, the hostess said she couldn’t help me because she can’t pass out food. I awkwardly waited 5 minutes (though I saw my food with my name on the bag just behind the counter). Someone finally came out, looked at the tag, threw some stuff in the bag and handed to me. When I got to the hotel, I opened up the meal and the side dish was missing and the main dish was thrown in sloppily. Also, saw what the worker gave me ….. (I requested ketchup, mayo, utensils.) He gave me 6 mayo packets, 4 packs of utensils, and no ketchup. 🙄 I wasn’t going back, but called to try and get my bill adjusted for the missing side. Tried 4 times and nobody answered- around 6:30pm. Really ridiculous. Customer service fail.

My experience was great. I ate a cheeseburger with some fries and my uncle enjoyed it too. This place is definitely good and I love the fact that it's right next to a barber shop downtown.

I visited during a Duke/UNC game. It is a great atmosphere for sports fans. The staff was friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Although parking was a challenge I was seated immediately. There is tons of parking. Parking was easy and although it was super crowded. I ordered wings. They were really big but they were not done. The server blew it off when I showed them to her. It won't prevent my return. I will just make different food choices.

First and last time!! This place is trash!! I sat there for close to 30 minutes. All of the employees were just looking at me. Let’s start with coming into the place. I wasn’t not seated instead the two girls beside the counter. Told me to take a menu and find a seat. Ok! Strange for a restaurant. I applied and seat near the bar. Everyone passed me by no service not even water. After 30 minutes I just got up and left.

She said they didn't have fries for an order of cheese fries which is what I was gonna get for dinner but they had them for fish and chips and a burger? The food was bland and greasy. I asked for 10 buffalo and my husband 10 honey buffalo. They brought us a 20 with half and half. But I can't have honey so I couldn't eat mine because of the cross contamination. We ordered two 10 pieces and they charged us for a 20 and I didn't even get to eat it. The table was sticky. First time in and never going back.

I had the bacon jam burger. The burger was the typical restaurant burger, good but not great. I did enjoy the green bean substitute for fries. The sweet tea was not good at all. I would recommend this place for a person looking to have a couple beers, not for the food.

Busy Saturday night with college basketball on a ton of TVs. Sat at the bar, friendly bartenders. The kitchen lost my order. Almost missed the concert I was going to. They took it off the bill, but it still took another 20 minutes to get boneless wings after reminding the bartender. I had to take them to go bc I had no time to eat after waiting an hour and a half.
I like this place, it's often not busy, and the food is pretty good.

10 senior citizens today at 1pm most ordered burgers and fries and received them cold and most fries were trash fries 1" long, soggy and were cold, not good fries.. burger flavor was great even cold.. seemed alot of people in kitchen not sure they worked there.. quality food severed fresh and hot keeps us coming back, not what we got.. not sure if it was a waitress issue or cook and plater.. thought you should know.. the one off New garden road in greensboro has same problem..

We were regular customers. Over past two years there has been a significant decline in quality of meals (overcooked ribs/steak, salty veggies, lack of sauces in pasta dish, and just not good food). I made the decision, after the last take out, to never go back there again. The pasta dish we ordered did not have any Cajun sauce in it. There was a lot of pasta, a little meat and no sauce. It may be hit or miss if you go there, but it's a no return for us.
