I went to the bar and didn't like my drink, it was straight sour mix. When I told the bartender she said, "all sales are final". I don't know what kind of restaurant has a policy like that, but I think it could be changed.

Brought my husband in tonight as it was his first time eating at a Kickback Jack's. We were greeted immediately by the 3 people up front, which I totally appreciated. Then we were met with a fabulous hello from Shaq, our server. I ordered a L.I.T and my husband went with a beer. For dinner, I had the chicken tenders platter with French fries and cole slaw and my husband had the shrimp and ribs with cole slaw. We both enjoyed our dinners and me especially enjoyed the cole slaw. Shaq was great,he was attentive and checked on us frequently. We will dine here again.

We had mixed feelings about our visit. Our server was great and our food came out pretty quickly considering how busy they were. The wings (grilled, honey buffalo and honey BBQ) were perfect! We ordered burgers (Forgot to take pictures) Bacon Jam burger which has ok and the mushroom burger was on as well but the fries were hot and fresh. We had a kids chicken tender meal with Mac and cheese, no complaints there. I also has a salad that ended up having a very long hair in it. The manager came over and apologized. I know these things happen but that just kinda turned the evening in a different direction. In case you were wondering they do not comp for things like this. I had to ask them to take the salad off the ticket. If we go back it will strictly be for wings but that's a serious if.

Food was very very good. Beer was cold and fresh. Set outside originally and couldn’t even get service so went inside. Guess the waitress didn’t know we was there. Took forever just to get drink but once waitress knew we was there she did pretty good. Bunch of drunks at bar inside and outside. They was very loud, game wasent even going. Highly recommend the food, but don’t think I would return to this location.

The server I had tonight was uneducated about the drink menu telling me what I couldn’t have which was a lie because I am a regular. He asked if I wanted to speak to a manger which I did. The manager didn’t seem too much educated either on drink policies and substitution's on the liquor. Please train the management & waiters. My family and myself got up and decided to leave before placing our order. I will not spend my money at any establishment where staff members tell regulars what they “can’t” have & acting like you don’t understand the words coming out my mouth when I clearly said a strawberry bucket butt-wipe, he tried to hand me the drink menu & literally pointed out the drink I said….. so if you heard me why say “huh” looking stupid smh I normally come during lunch hours and ima stick to that “IF” i decide to ever come back. I wouldn’t recommend eating here for dinner hours the servers are lazier and uneducated. And expect a tip, BYE !

There was a little confusion on who our waitress would be in the beginning, but once our waitress did come we ordered drinks, apps, and kids meals. The apps came out before the drinks did. They were the philly egg rolls, and firecracker shrimp. Cooked to perfection. I asked for a couple things from my waitress, an expo who asked, and someone else who stopped by our table. I wasn't able to get the napkins, or drink, until the end of our meal after the main entree salads came and after asking several times. My waitress was very polite and did eventually bring me the items. The Berry Salad was very good with salmon and raspberry dressing. I waited about 20 mins after end of meal for my server to come back, but she never did. Definitely didn't get the chance for a box. I saw she was busy, so I was waiting and bussed up the table a bit. I waited alone with my wallet in my hand for a while. Noone came. Finally, I had to go because my family had already left to go to the car earlier. I saw the the manager come up to the host stand and she checked me out up front. If you're looking for great food quick with a laid back atmosphere this is a good stop, or a drink at the bar for sports games. If your expecting great 5 star service this location is not ideal or if you're on a strict schedule. I won't be returning to this location, but I wish them the best of luck. Hopefully, you will have a better experience. The food was delicious and people were friendly, just not very present tonight. Good prices for the quality food.

Their Very Berry Salad is sooooo good! This is the location that used to be T. K. Tripp's. Now it has much more of a sports bar vibe and the food is good. The steak I tried was also good, but to me, the Very Berry Salad was the best. You get a bed of greens topped with feta cheese, mandarin oranges, blueberries and some really tasty grilled chicken. For the picky folks... I asked if they had Coke Zero and was told yes. I was brought a Diet Coke. I can tell a definite difference in the taste and was not happy about that. Had I know it was diet instead of zero, I would have ordered something different to drink. In the overall scheme of things, that is nit picky on my part, so I just kept the beverage and drank only a little. Otherwise, the service is good as well as the food. Fun, festive atmosphere that is pleasant. Just be mindful of other parties that may be consuming alcohol and act accordingly.
