The ramen is passable. It feels like it was made more bland for an American audience I'm sorry to say. You'll probably want to use the provided chili oil. The staff is friendly but other ramen places in the area are better.
Have only done delivery but food has been hit of miss. This past order felt very basic. Meat and egg all under-seasoned and overcooked. The broth didn't taste much more than store bought with a bit of doctoring. The vibe indicates authentic ramen but the product has not delivered.
Pleasant atmosphere, amazing food, and attentive service. We went after lunch so there wasn't too much of a crowd. The Dan Dan ramen and hibachi squid were incredible and I'm looking forward to returning for a beer and ramen in the future.
