Ordered Teriyaki Hibachi and asked for cabbage as an addition to the vegetables. I called to make sure the order was received and there was definitely a language barrier. Finally was able to speak to someone that understood what I had ordered. When I received my food, it was like a pig’s trough! Food all mixed in a messy mess. The chicken was overcooked, broccoli was hard like it was frozen and recooked, entire meal had too much salt and teriyaki sauce. I wasted $27 on a meal and I tipped. Forgot to mention I paid $1 for 1 pack of sirachi sauce. So disappointed! Please don’t waste your money on the hibachi experience at this place.

Ordered hibachi steak dinner got 8 pieces of steak for $18 cuz I ordered it off app. If u gonna charge more $ at least have the same amount of steak u used to before u raised prices. Instead it's more expensive and less food make it make sense

Ordered the Pad Thai online and the only option for spiciness was level 1 - which was too spicy. Overall not the best I’ve ever had. Strange consistency. Not the traditional “dry” Pad Thai noodles. However the portion was generous. Hate to say it but the crab rangoons was 0/10 - not good at all

I've given this place so many chances based on the good reviews they get, because I really WANT to love it, and every time I'm left wondering "how do they get such good reviews?"
Take a look at all of the most recent reviews - all NEW accounts that have only made one review, all happen to be 5 stars. All signs point towards them being fake. Two of the reviews even have the EXACT same wording:
"the udon noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavors were spot-on."
I could be wrong, but I'm thinking that they are creating new accounts and giving themselves 5 star reviews in order to pad their stats, which would be really messed up and deceptive. After once again getting cold, gristly, chewy meat and awful "fried rice," I won't be coming back. This place was decent the first time I tried it, but that was a couple years ago. I hope they can bring it around again.

There was only one vegan dish on the menu when we visited - a vegan mushroom ramen. It had a mixture of many types of mushrooms, was tasty and satisfying. I enjoyed my meal much more than my Omni dinner companion. Cocktails were really excellent.

Hibachi was pretty good I had the steak and shrimp hibachi but the sushi was not that great.
