Me and my husband just got back from there and I am sorry to say I didn't feel welcome I feel like just because I am a white they don't like white people because the lady that was serving me and my husband was acting funny ,they need to in less welcome your guests with a smile and treat the better and don't be so racist. Sorry I will no go back there and my husband felt the same way and he is Hispanic

The crepe I bought was very, very cold, tasteless, the water already had a very bitter taste, I definitely didn't go, maybe on a good day I didn't like either the water or the crepe, the ice creams are delicious.

Out of all the coffee ice cream I have tried, La Monarcha has the best coffee ice cream that is sweet and has the bitterness of coffee. It is the perfect balance and what makes it even better are the pieces of pecans. Simply the best for a great price ?
Parking: Nothing beats free parking which is right in front of the ice cream shop.

Awesome local ice cream shop! Super friendly and patience staff who gladly offered mini spoons to try their unique flavors. My wife and I settled on Egg Nog and Caramel flavors, both were rich in taste and very smooth in texture. We will be back!!!
