Great grocery store. Fresh tortillas, a bakery and a taqueria all wrapped in one!

Food is pretty good, but sometimes I get sick after eating here.

Incredible authentic Mexican food at a great price. The tamales, the
tacos, the huraches, the quesadillas, and gorditas sre all amazing. The
staff is friendly and the fixin's bar is loaded with wonderful salsas, pico gallo, onions, and cilanto. The food market, tortillas, and bakery are also great. It is like being in Mexico only in Dutham, NC. Highly recommended!

The food, the agua frescas, the bakery, the atmosphere.... I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is easily the best Mexican food and market in North Carolina. We go on lunch dates here and get a little of everything, it's so delicious and well priced. Highly recommend this spot!

We went to La Superior to pick up supplies for tamales. We picked up masa, lard, roasted dried chiles, corn husks and everything else we needed for tamales. The staff was friendly and the shelves were well stocked. Great little store and they have a small cafe in the back for tacos, breakfast, Mexican pastries, etc. Overall, recommended!

I love to shop and eat lunch in one place.

My husband and I commute an hour to visit La Superior. Their menudo was far from small, it had plenty of tripe and flavor. Great for a Sunday cure. I also highly recommend their aguas frescas along with their carne asada dish. You won’t regret it.

I feel like the groceries are overpriced for the community it serves, but the tacos were very good.

Wish I could give zero stars the menudo is really bland the broth is not well made or rich it is like water with a few sprinkles of menudo mix added you can smell the menudo powder that they used to make it.There is definitely no dry mexican peppers used to make the broth authentic, there was no effort put into making the menudo they took the short-cut way

The Tamales are horrible the filling in the pork one is not even edible including the mole tamale they are both extremely nasty.I was not impressed with the food or the few pastries that I got I will never return don't waste your time or money

Best baked goods and the restaurant is really good. Tamales are so good but they sell out quick .

Variety of frozen chicken, fish, meat, pork products. And a supermarket offering bakery products, meals , drinks. Decent setting. Reasonable price.
