I don't feel the need to write a review often, but for this place (and my love of great tacos) I will do it. These guys make the real stuff, fresh tortilla, house made salsas and chips and etc, great flavors, nothing fancy, just traditional done well. REALLY good tacos (working my way through the rest of the menu, but I am confident it is solid). The chef/owner is pretty much always there and you can tell he cares about his food. My family is from Mexico and these tacos are AMAZING!!! incredibly authentic food and wonderful service! The restaurant is connected to the store and the store also had a great selection of Mexican foods and groceries. If you want delicious Mexican food, the place is a must! Also, the restaurant closes at 7:30pm while the whole store closes at 8pm so plan accordingly.

I had lunch at La Tiendita II and it was delicious! 2 asada tacos....and I had to take one to go they were so big! Will be back for more! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
