Everything was horrible! Waiting two hours to get a cold pizza and the nastiest people Iâve ever met in my life.

Terrible service! Terrible employee who refused to give a lady a refund after the lady had been waiting for over an hour. She cursed out the customer and called the police on her for asking for a refund. Another employee eventually gave the customer $40 out of his own pocket. Customers were told that they were only doing online orders yet i saw people give cash to the same employee who never put it in the register. I could go on and on but it is too much to type. The time is now 7:15pm and I'm still waiting for the pizza as I type this review.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at ANY fast food place. They wouldn't take my order at the location. They said only online orders and even then it's been over an hour and still waiting. Why? This is ridiculous. Never coming back and recommending to all friends and family to never come here.

I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, it wasnât ready. They told me to park and that they would bring it to my spot. I waited 15 minutes, and they came out with the wrong order. They went back inside and came out again 15 minutes later to ask me what my order was. I told them, and they said they would bring it right away. Then they left me waiting outside, and I had to go up to the window 30 minutes later to finally get my order. It was terrible service.

I just went to this little Cesarâs and I went in the drive thru and a man yelled in the intercom and said âWINDOW!!â Iâm like you can atleast put a sign or something. Then, he told the car in front of me âpizza wonât be ready until 30-45 minutes and the thing is he couldnât said it nicely and they need to close it down. They lucky I didnât call corporate!

Itâs 6 PM, and I ordered ahead on the app 30 minutes ago. My order is ready, but the restaurant is closed except for the drive-thru. I had to wait behind many cars just to pick up my ready order.
Overall the worst experience I've ever came across in my life. I went in as an Uber Eats driver and no one acknowledged me or the person in front of me. The one associate went from around the counter talking loudly on his phone asking to be picked up. He then went back around the counter to the register while two teenagers went to him to get sauce but all of the sudden the associate started to literally say to one of the teens "you think I am playing, you won't even make it out here alive". Which he may have known them but that is still unprofessional and he then proceeded to go outside with them.
A young female associate came in and I thought she would help us but all she did was just giggle at her associate who left. She put her belongings down and proceeded to go into the back with the two other associates ignoring everyone inline to continue making pizzas. There were a total of four associates who ignored all of us in line, no one acknowledged any of us. Everyone of the associates just stayed in the back making pizza and cutting the pizza after cooking them without using gloves. They were literally touching all over the pizzas with their bare hands after they were cooked.
I cancelled my order after waiting in line for 12 minutes which there was only person ahead of me and he was not even acknowledged or taken care of at all; everyone was ignored.
I highly doubt they properly clean their hands let alone their cell phones which are cesspool of germs. Myself and my wife will periodically clean our phones with rubbing alcohol, I can assure you these employees do not take the proper cleaning measures for anything in their daily life.
If you don't want to get sick DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced as a driver but the safe food handling precautions are completely non existent.
So thank you for wasting my time, my money, my customers money, and their time. My advise to the franchise owner/operator completely overhaul the staff with people who actually want to work and care about the safety of others.

My girlfriend had one of the worst experiences, as it is possible that they made her wait 50 minutes for some crazy breads (incomplete aside), disappointment of a local.

The service at Little Caesars Pizza was extremely slow, I just ordered crazy breads and I wait more than fifty minutes, when it finally arrived they not even gave me the sauce for the crazy breads, that I paid for. Not even say sorry or thanks for the patience. Overall, a disappointing experience

Wings were served ready to order. Customer service was excellent. The wings themselves ok. Hot and fresh. For the price I expected a bit more. Other than that I was satisfied
