Dawn Was observed providing excellent customer service to every single customer who entered your building while I waited for my online order I keyed while already at the location . While customer service is definitely on the downside in many locations in our current economy. It was a pleasant welcome to see her exceeding my expectations and providing such a polite and friendly atmosphere to all who entered . I hope she is recognized for what her and her team are doing at this location and her superior customer service.

Just went to this little Caesars and the manger Dawn there is amazing!!! She was such a great person to interact with and helped me with getting my food to the car and was such a great person. Definitely recommend going here and being able to have a positive interacting with Dawn!!!

Was told to wait a few minutes since I did not have a pre-order — I waited 10 THEN the manager told me to leave bc they’re not doing any more walk in orders. Don’t expect convenience or anything Hot-N-Ready here

Beware, terrible service! Phone ordered 30 minutes for pick up got there and sat in the store for an hour got home and the pizzas weren’t even cooked all the through. They won’t pick up the phone to ask for a refund will not do business again!!!!
