The guy working was very rude to customers I ordered 4 orders of the pepperoni puffs there were no pepperoni in them came back he replaced one order but if it wasn't for his attitude I would have made another order but I understand he was working by himself trying to run the front and back of the store but i will not excuse the total disrespect and rudness

We went to little Caesar’s on Roxboro rd in Durham and had the worst experience we have ever had eating out (picking up for take out) my family will never be back to this location and possibly little Caesar’s period ever again after tonight. Upon arriving about 20-25 mins after we ordered the food we walked in and they told us the food was mixed up and they had to “make” another pizza. We drove from Bahama area due to nothing being in our area to eat we are forced to head to Roxboro or Durham. We paid 37$ for the wrong order and when my spouse went to try to get it fixed they refused to refund us. When we got home to open the boxes, one pizza was ice cold and not cooked and the other was room temperature and not even sliced. The cheesy bread was cold as well. We had to heat everything in the oven just to be able to eat it. When we called to complain to the manager we were told “well, y’all have a nice night” and we were hung up on. To top it all off the young man who answered the phone was talking about us to the manager, let’s just say he must have forgot to put us on hold because we heard every word, and they were not so nice things we overheard. We are calling the corporate office tomorrow to complain. Even if they gave us 10 free pizzas we will never be back again. We are appalled that we as customers are allowed to be treated in such a manner.

I was a bit impatient having placed an online order and being on my lunch break. This place was great and the crew was quick to assist me. Give them a raise. They were swamped and I felt bad. No excuse to be rude to service
Little Caesars is such a guilty pleasure for me. This location has some of the best pizzas and consistently. Pizzas are always hot and fresh with plenty of toppings!!! We like to order the pizzas and have parking lot picnics so we get to eat our pizzas piping hot!Also ,I like to note..the staff is always so sweet and personable. And I never get hot and ready pizzas. I go in and place my orders. Never had a problem!

You gotta walk up to the register and atleast speak or acknowledge the customers waiting if you want me to leave a good review. 3 people waiting when I walked in the other night, followed by three more walking in behind me. I waited around 10 minutes and no one said a word to any of us customers. I walked right out and went to eat somewhere else.
