I ordered a couple bottles of wine (discoteca by Holiday) for pickup here because I couldn't find them local and saw them listed on their website. Online order was a breeze and once I realized it was a dessert shop with some souvenir-ish merchandise, I was excited to pick up the bottles. I swung by on Tuesday around noon and it was not very busy at all. I perused the dessert section and ended up getting a small cup of the chocolate peppermint soft serve. It was delicious and the perfect portion! The shop itself is cute, looks like it's a repurposed home and I enjoyed browsing through the merchandise. They had some interesting selections of wine and beer that I would definitely try next time.

Decided to pick up locopops for a coworker who was feeling blue lately. Had to race there and back on a break. I ordered online and when I got there, they just handed me the bag in like three seconds and I was on my way. THANK YOU! That was a huge help during a weird day. I wish I could have stayed because the store is awesome and the cashier was super cool to me. You all rock — can’t wait to come back soon when I’m not in a hurry.

I was really hesitant to write this but we are regulars . Anyways I went to loco pops with my kiddies and ordered a strawberry pop and when I received it , it was nasty and my kiddo threw up from how absolutely gross it was . I was very upset with the customer service coming from the boss ( summer ) . She was very rude to her employees working and awkward towards us. Her employees were very nice and helpful so I’m unsure as to why she would speak to them like this . This place is also very white washed . It takes away from authentic Mexican pops !!!!

The paletas are tasty (mango lassi is a fave), the outside area to eat is perfect on a sunny day, and the pupusas from a Friday night dinner were absolutely delicious!

10/10 every time, for everything at Loco Pops. This most recent time, I got the sorbet because it had some heat to it, which I love. My cousin got a popsicle and was in love with the fact that they give drip trays, because we all know how hot it is, so no matter how quick you eat that popsicle, NC heat is going to melt it some. The menu as always had lots of options that were all good, whether new or classics, and of course, vegan options as well, which I love.
The store has so many cute things, and so many local items, support local business. We got some stickers, but I was eyeing the puzzles for the next time I go, because they had so many unique ones I've never seen before. If you're looking for a unique gift, a local gift, or just a little treat yourself moment, locopops can help. They also have so many cute and funny cards! I love stationary, so this made me happy and I'll be sure to be getting some in the future.
If you can't make it to the shop, remember that the durham bulls stadium has a locopops, that's usually when I get them, but wanted to show my cousin around Durham.
