Strawberry milkshake is a power move here.

All around great. The menu board clearly lists common allergens, the flavors range from tame to wacky, and it's got a charming atmosphere. I got the peanut butter & jelly ice cream and was NOT disappointed.

I can only speak to the lemon curd pop but good gosh it was delicious. Well worth the $3. If you're in the area check it out! They have a wide variety of flavors so there's something for everyone.

The pops have such wonderful flavors. Passion fruit Margarita and Lemon Curd are my favorites, but you simply can't go wrong when choosing. The building has the perfect atmosphere. Even better, the new porch with the wheelchair accessible ramp is fantastic!

LocoPops is awesome my kids love it, we love it so glad to have something like this close to home. Everything taste so fresh and the chill atmosphere is awesome, employees are nice too!

I've enjoyed their tasty frozen pops for years and it was so much fun to hire them to cater our June 2019 wedding! It was perfect for our outdoor reception- our guests loved their little cart, selecting their unique flavors, and of course the yummy pops on a warm NC summer afternoon! It was fun to get to select as many flavors as we wanted to provide variety. Prices are fair and the product can't be beat.

Nice local ice cream establishment with many different flavors. Large area for kids to play and patrons to sit. Not cheap, but tasty ice cream pops.

I recommend, but with a caveat. My family has frequented Locopops pretty regularly since it first opened in the original location. Unfortunately, we haven’t been much since the move to the new location. Parking has always been tricky, but seems to be even more so at the new place. Additionally, my mother had total knee replacement in November 2018, thus having trouble walking on the uneven grassy area near the road and stairs leading up to the entrance of the building.

Crazy pops! It's in the name! These are crazily delicious! I'm not a huge popsicle fan, but these...these I will eat daily! Refreshing, tasteful and just an all around gear summer treat! I've had the lemon and strawberry and both are quite enjoyable. Great place to bring the family, kids or even a date!

Locopops is quickly becoming a Durham classic. This is such a great spot for meetups and kid friendly options. The popsicles are all so rich, interesting, and delicious, it's hard to pick a favorite.

Refreshing on a hot day. Our dogs loved the pup pops!

This is not the Locopop store I remember. Today I brought my fam who was visiting Durham here. From what I remember, Locopops were creamy and delicious. I ordered the strawberry pina colada pop and it tasted like flavored water. When I went in to inquire about my locopop and why it didnt taste creamy as I remembered, the cashier was nonchalant and said that the pop I ordered was water based. No where on their menu does it say that. On top of that, she attempted to charge me $2.75 to exchange the pop for something I ACTUALLY WOULD ENJOY. Highly disappointed at the lack of customer service skills.

There's nothing better than a treat from Locopops! It's also a great way to give a treat to someone you love..or even like a lot! Summer and her gang know how to do desserts. If you're in the Durham area, don't miss it!

Yummy treats! Better than major ice cream chains!

They used to provide a dairy free chocolate option but it has been removed. Parking was not convenient at new location. However, adding an ice cream option is an improvement.

This is the cutest ice cream shop I’ve seen. It’s so homey & laid back. The ice cream and popsicles are really good. I can’t wait to try to pies next time!. A great place to take toddlers during the weekdays too when everyone is at school/work, not too busy and there are other toddlers to play with and eat ice cream with. My son had a blast.

Went to check out Locopops on a Sunday afternoon. They had a nice crowd but not crazy. I was intrigued by their flavors and settled with the Strawberry Lemonade. My mother got the orange mango. Both were delicious and super refreshing! The location is in an older house that has a nice sized front porch that people relaxed on while eating their treats. Inside they had a cute area for kids with a small table and chairs and lots of books. I didn't know they also had ice cream and other items. I'm excited to come back and try more flavors!

Wonderful afternoon visit! Great pops, love the baby pop size for the little ones. Everything tastes so delicious, fresh an fruity. We love cherry lime and strawberry lemonade. Today's guest pop was pomengrante tangarine and it was on point with flavor! A must try for visitors to Durham and a permanent treat for locals.

Seems like they want you to get your popsicle and get out. I came here to finish off some work on my laptop. I bought food from the store and sat on the tables they have. When I asked for the wifi password, the cashier told me that she can’t give it out and that there is a cafe nearby that I can go to. I still can’t wrap my head around it because they call themselves a dessert CAFE but expect you to get out once you pay. Never coming here again.

So good! Always creating delicious treats and such a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, awesome place for everyone who likes sweat treats. Flavor combinations of gold. Best spot in Durham, I love my Locopops! You won't be disappointedThanks for being my go to spot every time i'm in town, Kitty

Great place to get a fun popsicle, dish of ice cream, or baked sweet treat. Nice indoor seating. The only negative is that they often close when it rains. This is perplexing to me. I have to check their Facebook page or call to see if they are open when it is raining.

Love this place! Amazing locopops! Ice cream is delicious! And the staff is super friendly! They even went above and beyond when I mentioned I lived out of town and added ice to my bag of pops to make sure they didn’t melt on me! It was so thoughtful! We will def be back soon!!

Being able to visit Locopops is one of the best things about living in Durham. They hand craft a rotating menu of delicious popsicles and ice creams in all sorts of wonderful flavors. I’ve never tried something and not been impressed and completely satisfied. You can find their products in freezers around town, but for the most fun, stop by the shop and enjoy your treat on the big front porch!

Doot Doot

Absolutely delicious pops, a wide verievarie flavours, there's tea and coffee. You can also get dog pops, or baby pops. You can also get milkshakes. If you want, you can get baked goods like cookies and pies.

One of Durham’s local gems! Awesome ice cream pops in a variety of flavors - I’m a traditional cookies and cream guy - but everything we’ve tried is delish. Favorite thing about this place, other than ice cream on a stick, is that it’s a renovated house with several rooms to chill out in during hot summer days. They have children’s books, toys and even a piano to keep the kiddos entertained. Our boys love it, always feels like a special visit.

Soooooooooo glad I found this!!!! I plan to try EVERYTHING on the menu from the popsicles to the shakes and pies
