Been going here for over 15 years! So happy they're so successful. The popsicles are always amazing and locally made! Doesn't get much better than that. Oh wait...the service..always awesome! Such a kid friendly establishment!

Locopops is a wonderful staple in the Durham area. Their flavors are so lovely, especially after a hot summer walk to the shop. I also love that they have mini popsicles for events- I always get cookies and cream, but have heard rave reviews about their strawberry lemonade popsicles.

Nice desserts and pleasant porch seating

Locopops did not disappoint. I took my pup on a long walk to and from Duke Gardens and decided to stop in to a popsicle on the way back to cool us down. My pup ordered the Pupsicle and I had the strawberries and cream. After my pup figured out how to eat the pupsicle she devoured it. I know she loved it because she is typically very well behaved but she attempted to get a bite of mine as well! Mine was delicious!

Clean bathroom and friendly staff (loco pops side.) Has a market side with wine, frozen meals, coffee and spices. Great outside cafe area.

The popsicles are always awesome, yet there is so much more! Jigsaw puzzles, gifts, beer, wine, and order ahead for weekly take-out meals. The pleasant building has outdoor seating, huge porches, and family friendly picnic table area.

LocoPops is good (but not great). They have some interesting pop flavors. I really like the Mexican chocolate which has a cinnamon hint. But the ice cream and baked desserts are just ho hum. Nothing to write home about..or more likely text these days lol. I will say it’s a great place to take the kids. Nice outside space and a cool repurposed old house with a big porch.

I actually had their food truck ! They were so delicious their pops they didn't taste like any fake sugars. I love supporting local businesses. Would deff visit their store front when I get the chance :)

TLDR: Flavorful, delicious popsicles with unique flavors.Unfortunately I did not get a chance to visit their Chapel Hill and Raleigh stores before they closed. However, some places in Raleigh do sell Locopops. Recently I found them at Riparian. I chose the Mexican chocolate and Key Lime Pie. The flavors are unique and taste delicious. The popsicles have strong flavors and ideal textures. They were pricy, but may be cheaper at the Durham location. Prices are comparable to other local Popsicle stores. The quality is high and exceeds those you can find at grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed Locopops and recommend these popsicles to others!

We love all the Locopop flavors and treats. The lemon cream pop (I can’t remember the exact name) is phenomenal! Strawberries and cream and cookies and cream were another favorite. Don’t forget to get a pup-popsicle! The outdoor sitting area is so calm. We always truly enjoy our visit. Plus the shopping and tiny market have great finds too! Thanks for being a part of the community!
