Wonderful meal and excellent service. Our waitress (Mona) had Chef Ivy come out to speak with us about how we wanted one of the dinners prepared. Prepared to perfection!!
The food was excellent as well as the service. Loved the ambient, very classy!! I went for a business lunch but will come back with my family.
Amazing staff and experience! The chef was able to make a pasta dish that was not on the menu. Everyone was so welcoming.
The quality of the food has noticeably declined since my last visit. The olive oil lacked flavor, and the dishes took a long time to arrive. Our appetizer was mistakenly sent to another table, and we had to follow up several times before receiving it. When we asked to have it removed from the bill, the restaurant initially refused and instead offered a free appetizer for our next visit — only after explaining multiple times that we wouldn't be returning did they agree to remove it. We also had to request utensils for one guest, which didn't arrive until everyone else had already finished eating. Salt and pepper shakers were missing, and the bread was average at best. The new menu feels like a step backward from what it used to be. The wait staff was friendly and tried their best, but it seems there are significant issues with management and the kitchen that need attention.
The restaurant was fine. The food was good, but it was a bit pricey for the actual taste of the food and the service we received.
We took a large group. We ate family style. The food was brought out quickly. The server coordinated the meal quite well. Each of the courses was flavorful. The menu choices for family style were more than adequate. The amount of food, with the exception of the salad, which was surprisingly on the small side, Was otherwise plentiful. Everything was tasty as you would expect at this restaurant. A very good choice for a large party of big eaters.
My partner and I very much enjoyed our time here for our date night. The service was especially excellent. We were on a time crunch and our waiter, as well as the new server he was training, were not only able to provide the check a few minutes ahead of schedule, but did so without sacrificing any quality of service. The food was very good. I ordered the side Caesar salad and Fettuccine Alfredo while my partner ordered the lasagna, and we were both happy with our meals and the generous portions. I also ordered the house Pomegranate martini, which was delicious. The meal was slightly more expensive than I would have expected for a restaurant attached to a shopping mall, but the large portions and excellent service made up for it. The ambience and sound level were also pleasing.
I hate to write this, but my experience on September 29th was just not good. Started out great: warm bread, apps, service.. but after we got our salads, we waited almost 45 more minutes for our meals. I got the Rigatoni D, and the chicken in it was the most foul, disgusting chicken I’ve ever had. They removed it from our bill.

I suggest you remove the Alfredo pasta from your menu until you can get the sauce right. Definitely, not a good representation of an Italian dish!

Amazing experience close ish to Duke! We got there on a Saturday night and they were def busy (1.5 hour wait), but the mall is right next door so it passed by relatively quickly. Huge portions for their pasta and all my friends’ pasta was super good. I got the filet mignon which was a top 5 cut I’ve ever had I’m sure.. it was cooked perfectly and the texture was really amazing. No complaints with the potatoes or the asparagus. Crème brûlée was also very solid, I’ve never had a bad experience with crème brûlée but the crunch on top was a perfect end to dinner. Would 100% come back 😊😊

We have been going to Maggiano's for years, and this was not the best experience. There has been a lot of changes to the restaurant and menu. The food was mediocre at best. Both of our favorite dishes (chicken & spinach manicotti and baked ziti) have been removed from the menu. The service also wasn't up to par, for the restaurant to be the emptiest I've ever seen it be on a Saturday evening. The bread they serve does not come with the parmesan cheese shaker anymore. We just received a plate of plain olive oil. We had to ask for the parmesan cheese, and the waitress literally brought us a spoonful of cheese, dumped it in the oil, and walked away. It also took forever for her to bring that (had to ask her twice). When they brought our food out I asked if we could get a salt and pepper shaker. There was a guy running around the restaurant trying to find available shakers (again this restaurant was mostly empty on our side). He apologized because he said he was having a hard time finding some. What kind of restaurant doesn't have enough salt and pepper shakers for the customers? We both ordered Alfredo and it was so soupy and thin. My wife's chicken was undercooked and rubbery. We had to send it back for them to remake it. When we first told the waitress the chicken was undercooked and my wife didn't like her food, the waitress just stared at us. She said she wished we would have said something sooner. Not sure how we could've done that when she kept disappearing and barely checking on us. Regardless I had to TELL her at a minimum her food needed to be remade if they weren't going to remove it from the check. This was by far the worst experience we've had here. We won't be going back for some time.
