I recommend reservations first of all. This place was lined out the door. The waitress was friendly. The food was delicious. We sat outside which was nice. It was a very good restaurant.
My husband and I decided to do an early date night and I chose Maggiano's. The lady that greeted us was very pleasant and welcoming. Our waitress (Alaya) was great, she was so friendly we really enjoyed her. I had the Fettuccinie chicken alfreado which was delicious, my husband had the Spaghetti and meatball, his was good as well. The bread was so good with the dipping oil she made at the table. We really enjoyed the curved booths and the ambiance of the restaurant, it was cozy and felt romantic. Overall we would come back again.

Went for lunch when visiting family in N. C. and, as always, the food was delicious. My grandkids are 2 and 5 years. They ordered from the children's menu, the selection was grest and they really liked it!Kid-friendliness: They were so nice to the little ones and we had a booth which suited us nicely. Family celebrations are the best at Maggiano’s with our two amazing daughters!!Dietary restrictions: Maggiano’s always prepares me a special made meal with steamed broccoli, grilled chicken and their delicious creamy basil pesto sauce!! My husband and I went here to celebrate something that is truly only important to us (not like a birthday or wedding anniversary or anything like that). We did tell our waiter we were celebrating and he went above and beyond for us. We feel so special and taken care of. I cannot recommend Maggianos enough, especially if you’re celebrating. Please let them be part of your memories.

Normally I have great experiences at Maggiano's, I'd never been to this location.Service was super slow, I don't know whether to contribute that to the kitchen or the waiter who we rarely saw. He didn't check in with the table to see if we needed anything very often, we had to catch him in passing. And they weren't particularly busy that night, it was a Tuesday. I'll visit again, just not this location.
Had the family style, the ravioli wasn't that great but all others were excellent. The chicken marsala was the best.

First time coming here! Best Italian food I have ever had! I ate things I don't like and they were just soooo delicious! Our server was super patience, helpful and all the food came out amazing! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Makes going to get Italian food anywhere else just seem foolish! Will definitely be back! The price for quality and quantity was spot on! I'm very picky and this place exceeded my expectations!!! ,........I came back again and got a T bone steak medium well came to me bloody sent it back came back hard as a rock over well done! My woman order the chicken Alfredo noodles came out hard way undercooked! Still paid over 80$ and ate nothing! Felt ripped off so I dropped my review to a 2 star not a 1 star because I know they can do better but tonight was a embarrassing moment for them place was super slow and food was horrible!
