The food is good but the prices are ridiculous. They charge $47 for 12 tiny empanadas. A meal has three mini empanadas with black beans and rice for almost $17. A bag of beans and a bag of rice don’t cost more that $4 together. They might foul American people but won’t do it with Latinos that grew up eating empanadas and rice and beans. It is so cheap to make.

Loved Makus Empanadas. I got the Makus Meal (3 empanadas, a side, drink and a sauce). I had the beef, sweet corn and onion & cheese with the salad, chimichurri and a glass of wine. All empanadas were delicious and the Spinach salad the perfect side. Service was very friendly - I was offered some yummy cheese bread-, and fast. I was there on a Wednesday at 6:30 PM and while it was crowded I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. Will be back!

I waited 15 minutes for frozen empanadas….. Nobody else was there and I had no idea they even sold frozen food… I thought it was a take-out place

Only have ordered through GrubHub so I can’t attest to the dine in experience. Correct orders every time, and the chicken empanadas with chimichurri are amazing!

I placed a catering order for 5 varieties of empanadas for a group of ~35. The first unexpected bonus was that delivery was included. This eliminated a stressor for me on event day. The food arrived on time and in warming trays that were clearly labeled and could be popped into the oven. Our guests were not arriving for ~25 minutes, and I was instructed to warm them for 5 minutes just before serving rather than leaving them in a warm oven for 25 minutes. That worked well, and they were delicious! The sauce was also excellent. The chicken and pork varieties went first, followed by the spinach, vegetarian and beef. This was my first time trying Makus after seeing various signs around town, and I’m glad I did!

Very clean and nice but the empanadas are very small for the price, they are very delicious but we did not like how they served us and how small the empanada

Very small for what it's worth, they take a long time and the service is not friendly, the only thing that does taste

I ordered delivery, and it came right on time, still warm, and so yummy! I'll definitely order more in the future.

We got catering here and it was a good change from pizza and sandwiches. The empanadas are yummy. They have a cute letter on each of them so you know which flavor they are. So fun.

Very friendly. I got the kids meal which came with a drink, 2 small cookies and a small empanada. Small restaurant with relaxing music and vibes. I got ham and cheese. It was good, but I wish the empanadas was bigger for the price.

A little pricey but okay for something quick. The flavors are okay and it's a variety.

Very disappointing... had high expectations but these pastries have nothing to do with Argentinian empanadas. Side of rice was dry. Definitely not worth the price.
