Just went in for a quick order of wings & a slice, ended up leaving with 2 orders of wings & 2 whole pizzas! The food was so good, the whole family loved it. Especially the kiddos.

Whoever is at work tonight…. Wanted to be there!!!! Pizza came within 20 minutes of me ordering and everything was so good and hot and the delivery driver was the besttttt I’m not sure of his name but he had a ponytail. Thank youuu.

From personal to feeding the whole family. The ingredients are fresh in the pizza is satisfying. The topping choices are good enough. I consistently like to go there when I'm in Durham. The only downside it's just cash and carry. If it was up to me I'd put in two small tables though. I think other Marcos places I've been to do have on-site dining. This place does not.

Well I normally love Marco's over the competitors in the area. But tonite your employees purposely didn't answer the until 10pm . After I been on hold 5-10 minutes! ... Only to be told over driver left 10pm😡 At which point I had to make an order with a rivel and I wasn't happy at All!!! DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MARCO'S!!!

Pizza is okay, but service is terrible. Ordered here once for an advanced pickup ordered 4-6 hours ahead and when I got to the store they hadn’t started making my pizza and I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get my pizza.
Today, I ordered online an hour ahead and when I got to the store they did not have my order and told me they mistakenly sent it with a door dash driver. The next person who came in was told the exact same thing.
Next person that came in had placed their 1 pizza order 45 minutes earlier over the phone and was told the only thing in their system was a drink and no pizza.
Been here for 45 minutes so far waiting for my order to be made……fingers crossed that it ever happens.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN
