I tried to order pizza twice at this place and both times they had no delivery person avialable.The first time i waited an hour and had to call them only to find out they had no delivery person.The second time i ordered for delivery i got an email stating my pizza was ready.i callee and once again no delivery service.Bad business to say the least.

First time trying pizza in this town... Handy off an uncooked heavy dough pizza. Took it back in gentleman states ' Put in your oven when you get home'..ask for refund.. The manager stepped in and said he would make another pizza... I'm not coming back..

This place is an absolute joke. You walk in and they are blasting music, so you have to wait at least 10 minutes to hopefully catch someone’s attention just to pick up your order. Even if you’ve already paid online it’s going to take at least 30 minutes to get out the door. If there is a manager there, I’m not sure what they are managing. At least the pizza is good.

Avoid this location if you value your sanity. I have ordered pizzas from this Marco’s probably 20 times now, and the service at this location is so consistently terrible that I’m giving up. Orders take over 90 minutes to get to you and they are often never delivered. No exaggeration—deliveries regularly never got to me. Calling results in being hung up on. When pizzas do actually show up, it’s via DoorDash 90-plus minutes later.
I kept returning because their pizza quality is generally good. Service at this particular location, however, is the worst.

200 North Roxboro Rd. is the worst location to go to the employees are always playing when orders are backed up and if your order isn’t ready by the time you get here, you have a 45 guaranteed minute wait because they’re too busy horse playing and trying to change music while working clearly there isn’t a manager on shift to ensure the job gets done

Ordered food for work. Tracker said food was ready. Left work to pick up and food was not ready ended waiting, then get back to work and I had the wrong sub. Ordered Italian and received meatball. Dinner ruined. People working were very personable and kept me updated but I didn’t need to leave work just to wait there.
